my son put in Flooret soho signiture (modin) and his floors are beautiful. We decided to also order Flooret and we are seniors so I did prefer talking to someone while placing our order. Colin was so friendly and warm, it was a pleasure working with him on our order. Also, we wanted to delay delivery for a few weeks and there was no problem with that- would recommend Flooret to anyone!!

These floors are solid, and I have ordered samples from so many vendors this year, these are the only samples that arrive without chips and dings. They are also the only LVP I have seen with a micro bevel option. So great. Thanks.

The Flooret team was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. The flooring arrived quickly without issue. The material is beautiful, durable, and better than expected. Installed it is a huge improvement over the material we had previously

It was so easy to figure out which flooring we wanted with their samples and installation. We installed ourselves and it was so simple with their detailed instructions!

Absolutely amazing flooring! We love our Modin Signature Nakan in our home. We sampled over 30+ other brands and floor types, Flooret stood out for its quality and price. We also really liked how this differed from others in the category for reprint/planks being the same pattern. Flooret easily has the highest number of unique planks and therefor your floors look like real wood.

Onto the durability, the reason we wanted to redo our floors were because our two large dogs (100lb+) destroyed our engineered hardwood floors. We have already had running, zoomies, dirt and so much more on these floors and not a single scratch. If you are worried about scratching you would have to be over the top aggressive to beat up these floors.

I highly recommend to anyone and everyone to go with Flooret! Will not disappoint!!!

I researched a lot of flooring before moving forward with even getting samples here. The website was easy and well done, samples are very reasonably priced and got to me within a few days. I ordered a lot of different ones to pick what we would want. I put these samples through various durability tests. I love about an hour from their warehouse and wanted to pick up myself which they totally were ok doing so I saved shipping costs and the headache of possible damages during shipping (although I know they would take care of it and I doubt much damage can be done since the product is so well made) dealing with ordering, customer service, pricing and the product I would hands down recommend this company and their products over and over and look forward to finishing our home with this luxury product that is superior to all others I’ve researched.

Flooret has great customer service. The live chat makes purchases easy even when using multiple payments. All my questions were answered quickly and my order placed in minutes. Awesome!!

We are fans of Flooret. We have used the Ashford Modin Luxury vinyl plank. We also used the full stair treads. It has been easy to install and looks great.

Awesome flooring for an amazing price. I've installed many types of flooring, and LVP in general. This is by far the best, strongest tongue and groove system out there. It's durable and looks beautiful too.

We installed the Nakan signature product and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The floors are beautiful and compliment our space perfectly. But what puts our experience over the top is the exceptional customer service we received at all stages of our purchase. Flooret answered all of our questions and made the buying process seamless. Even when we made some changes that resulted in an emergency reorder, Flooret went the extra mile to get our order out within hours to the shipping company and we received it within days. Highly recommend Flooret to anyone looking for the best in flooring.

The quality of the product and pricing is second to none. We looked at "cheaper" options, but the cheapest option was more expensive and less quality than Flooret's base product. To top it off, the customer service at Flooret is TOP-NOTCH! I don't have many issues, but as a non-profit, we have to submit other documents from time to time. Every time, they are so very helpful and friendly. It's like they actually WANT my business! :)

My Nakan Signature Flooring was delivered quickly. The material is far and above the industry standard. The patterns alternate more than normal brands. The locking system is superior.

Lastly, I had an issue with some of my order and Flooret customer services went above and beyond to help me fix it. I will be looking to use Flooret for future projects and would highly recommend them for all of these reasons.

Updating my review from May 29. Updated my floors in kitchen, dining, powder room and living room and also master bath. Turned out fabulous. Wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life.

Flooret has excellent products and customer service is second to none in the flooring industry.

I was interested in LVP, found Flooret, bought samples. I was impressed by the substantial feel of the signature line and having a 40 mil wear layer. We are building a retirement home, have a dog, and never want to have to address flooring again. We decided to do entire house in Ashford Signature. Had a pro do the install. He had no complaints about the product and his approach with sanding all seams on subfloor gave a perfectly smooth base. I am typically a do it yourselfer but for this house, I've been mostly hands off, looking to get it done in shortest time possible for a full custom build. We had 2150 sqft installed. I was completely happy with the interactions with Flooret and they look great, we'll just have to see on the durability. Very quiet to walk on. I will say that I see complaints about delivery. All I can say is those folkds did not do their due diligence. Flooret site has detailed info on curbside delivery including videos. It is a typical scenario for LTL trucking (less than full load ... semi-truck with your order mixed with others). You need to have a way to get from curbside to your house. For me, that was 1500 ft away and 3 pallets totaling 5000 lbs. I have a tractor with forks, so no problem. If you don't have, then you need to set up someone to do that for you. Freight carriers always call to set up a delivery date/time.

We installed Flooret - Tilden Craftsman in our kitchen in February. It looks beautiful and is holding up well. Our kitchen is our main entry so it is receiving significant use. It cleans up easily. We just purchased more to continue the look through the living room.

I have never done vinal planks before. The only thing that I think would have made my experience better is if the planks were 4 feet in length. My floor has come out beautiful. Thank you for making this product. You are an all around top notch company.

I've ordered samples three times from Flooret. (Decisions are hard!) Each time, the samples have shipped quickly and been elegantly packed and presented. The floors themselves seem to be high quality. I was able to scratch the 40 mil wear layer with a pair of kitchen sheers, but barely -- it took a lot of pressure and the scratch was almost invisible. Submerging the samples in water overnight provided empirical proof that they are fully waterproof as well.
