The samples did not have a sample of the different shades that are in the flooring so it doesn’t really give enough info to make a decision.

Inventory shortage this Summer & Fall is creating cost over runs when I have to chose an alternative item which is 48% more expensive.
Always have great customer service & support: patient, friendly, knowledgeable and, will take care you if you have a special need.

Representative very helpful. Disapppointed that many colors are out of stock limiting my choices.

They sell premium flooring and their customer service is fantastic, both before the purchase and years afterwards. I had the flooring installed five years ago and it has held up wonderfully. Even after moving my furniture around a couple of times it is still scratch free. I had reason to contact customer service recently and they responded within the day and kindly answered my question.
When I next need flooring I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Great customer service from start to finish. We are also very pleased with the quality and appearance of our floors (Sutton wide plank style). They've been in our house for about 5 months and show no signs of wear from our busy little terriers (one of whom likes to play fetch and runs back and forth along the same route several times a day, lol). Easy to clean too, we have a horse farm and that's a real "must" for any flooring.

I am impressed with Flooret's customer service. its rare that you can call a company and not get a long and annoying list of menu options. You get to a real person with ease, someone friendly knowledgeble and helpful. What could be better?

I heard about Flooret on the Houzz forums, ordered samples and consulted with my team about the product. We were impressed with the product, how easy it was to order samples from the website and the general quality of the material. After placing orders for four projects we started to encounter Flooret's achilles heel -- LOGISTICS. They couldn't complete our orders in a timely basis because four of the lines we ordered were stuck on containers and wouldn't be arriving for months, even though the website showed the product in stock when I specified the product. So now I have to explain to homeowners looking to get into their homes before the holidays this fall that the whole project is delayed due to the flooring. Obviously we're looking at different options, but how disappointing that the company couldn't get their inventory and supply chain in order.

Customer service was great, and quick to resolve the issue I had with a couple boxes of flooring damaged in shipping.

So far so good. Ordered 1000 SF of flooring and they shipped it quickly, unfortunately the shipper damaged two boxes. Emailed Customer Service and Michael responded promptly and offered to credit me the two boxes, even though one of the boxes was salvageable. Product looks great and will update once installed

I ordered a $3 sample from flooret. It was a nice sized sample, bigger than what you normally find from the big box store, and it arrived fairly quick in nice packaging. I think we will be ordering it for our flooring.

Not only does Flooret offer fantastic products, but their customer service is outstanding. I installed Flooret in part of my home in 2021, and have been so pleased with it. We have 4 animals and a toddler. Flooret's Signature Pomeroy has stood up to a lot from our house! Today I went in to order flooring to replace our carpets and called the 800 number with some questions. I spoke with Michael who was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the products AND the team behind them. Fantastic all around!

Flooret customer service is outstanding. If you ever have an issue or even a random question, reach out via chat or phone and they will answer it very quickly. Website is clean and easy to use. Enjoy their Trade Rewards program as well. Have ordered 3 houses of flooring thus far and plan to continue ordering from them! We have used Modin Signature & Base and enjoy them both. Had a damaged box or two and customer service was willing to make it right, we ended up just using them in closets, cuts and turned out just fine. We’ve just order samples so far and the samples and packaging were great! Instead of a small swatch of the material you are considering purchasing they provide you with a full width (9x9) square. This lets you fully appreciate the grain quality and durability of their LVP. Shipping was also very quick and with a welcome coupon, I wouldn’t hesitate to order more samples if I needed more options. I will definitely be ordering my flooring from Flooret once we are ready to install.

Flooret has very nice representatives. They're professional and easy to understand. All my orders were successful. I've already recommend Flooret to so many people, from floor installers to family. I did my homework before purchasing Flooret. I was confident with my purchase beforehand and glad to say,"I was not disappointed".

This flooring is beautiful and durable! We have two young kids, as well as two dogs.
