Flooring Megastore レビュー 

Having placed an order on 03-Jul I received an automated email confirming order and to say contact will be made once items ready for shipment. No comms whatsoever (apart from Trust Pilot asking for feedback). Called the company who informed me an email was sent on 07-Jul, having checked the inbox, recycle bin and junk files I can confirm no email was received.

Called at 17:15 on 11-Jul and left a voicemail even though closing times state 18:00. Call received back on 12-Jul to be told delivery will be made 17-Jul.

Considering the £34.99 delivery, poor and misaligned automated communications and the fact I have trades waiting for this delivery I would not recommend this company.

Great price, lots of choice, easy site to navigate. Email to arrange delivery was clear and gave good advice on what to expect, and when I rang customer service I spoke to Martin who was extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to speak to.

I ordered a Tarakett indigo vinyl from there website and they sent a Tarakett stone vinyl saying this is what I ordered. Will not admit their mistake. will not exchange or refund, want to sell me another one of correct colour. When you order online your email confirmation will not tell you what you ordered so you have no way to check if it is correct.

Flooring megastore telephone me to agree on a day to deliver the carpet.I was very glad because I'm not in everyday.
A email recieved to say that would be with me at 8.30 on the morning.
Great so I had the rest of the day to do other things.Y
Carpet was trolled into the garage for me.friendly delivery man.

Easy to order, really helpful advice and great customer service (from Martin) after the order was placed. Took time to keep me up to date with things!

Ordered from their website and made payment. Received phone call next day stating the website price was incorrect. Although they said it was due to their mistake they asked for an extra £120. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. I am a pensioner and considered their treatment unacceptable.

Can't fault the delivery and the price. Great contact with Flooring Megastore to arrange delivery, and the flooring was delivered on time and in perfect quality. I would definitely use them again. The pricing was also over £350 below what I'd paid previously via a more well-known retailer.

Ordered the exact same carpet from Flooring Megastore that I saw in a well known high street chain and it was half the price !! ( plus that was after the well known store claimed they had knocked off 50% !?) So after ordering carpet and underlay I was actually £700 better off , had an email from Flooring Megastore a day later to arrange delivery and we agreed a date and it all arrived on time and I was kept up to date by them as well Excellent service !! Only negative was the delivery firm Tuffnells who arrived with one driver ! Luckily me and the wife were home so we could help him in with the carpet otherwise god knows what he would of done ? We struggled lifting it with 3 of us !

Martin was really helpful to get samples sent with follow to see what I thought, low pressure, just helpful and friendly!

Exactly the same carpet nearly half price cheaper than local shop.
Ordered two rolls, first has arrived as scheduled, second two days later.
Pleasure do business with them.
