We had made the mistake of clearing out a downstairs cloakroom, only to find out that there was a delivery problem with Karndean tiles, leaving us with the prospect of 3+ weeks without our downstairs loo. I phoned around to see if any local shops had any stock and Steve at the FSC came to our rescue! We went to the store and picked up the tiles and, because the pack was missing a few, Steve did us a great deal on the tiles and design strips. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store also had a great range of flooring, so we would go back there again without hesitation and can 100% recommend using the Flooring Supply Centre.
