Lucky Escape
I order two free samples and never received them. I chased via their customer service email address and never heard form them. I feel I had a lucky escape - I wouldn't order from a company who don't even reply to customers let alone give them any money!
Can't be trusted
Ordered and paid for laminate flooring.
They contacted me next day to tell me didn't have any stock.
Refund would be issued in 14 days?
Now over 3 weeks still waiting!!!

The greatest choice of flooring in London
The choice of flooring in this shop is probably the largest in London and the prices are not bad at all.
Not sure why they don't have many reviews but I will give them one 5 star for advise and prices!

If I could give minus 5 stars I would.
Ordered from this company but they didn't have my item in stock. They said they would refund me but they never did despite emails and phone calls demanding my refund.
In the end I had to get my bank involved in order to get my money back.
They are a bunch of crooks and theives....Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT TRUST Ordered a product then realised I actually had this in a cupboard. Called immediately to cancel, lady kindly said yes I can see the order and will cancel it...but didn't

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered floor adhesive but it arrived damaged with the adhesive spilling out of the tub. Phoned up straight away and was told to send photos which I did straight away. This was at 1653hrs. Because it was home time on a Friday they didn’t bother getting back to me until Monday, by which time we had used some of the adhesive on an urgent job (we had paid extra for next day delivery for this reason) which I had explained on the phone we needed to do. On Monday they tell me they cannot refund anything as it has been opened - it wasn’t even opened by us, we used some of the adhesive that was leaking out the side!!!! Now we have a nearly full tub (that cost £70!) that will go off before we can use it because it has been delivered in inadequate packaging.
Customer service man was unhelpful and extremely unsympathetic to customer needs.

Terrible service from a disreputable company
Utterly terrible service from this company. We bought 17 packs of flooring from them. Two were of a much darker colour than the others, and a third was of a different product entirely! After spending many hours on the phone with them, this still hasn't been resolved, with customer service reps failing to call us back, calling us liars, and sending out a single pack of flooring as a 'gesture of goodwill'.
Over the past month, this company has continued to refuse to resolve this issue, and have now resorted to threatening libel action against me! "We are pressing with legal actions against you/and the client for libel and will be seeking defamation damages for putting the name of our company to disrepute." I stand by everything I've said in this review and others online - it's all verifiably true - and it's clear to me that the Flooring Centre needs no help in bringing themselves into disrepute.
I recommend that you stay far away from this company.
Liars and cheats
Found their Ebay shop. Wanted some finger block parquet and wanted to collect. Couldn't find an option to omit delivery charge and collect so called direct. Ivan was helpful on the phone and emailed me so I could reply with the order I wanted and he would check stock. I emailed the order over, specifying the exact product (Tradition Classics Solid Oak Mosaics Flooring, Unfinished) and square meterage (It was 4 packs totalling 11.98sqm).
He replied saying he had the product in stock and I could collect the next day. They didn't usually take credit card payments over the phone but he'd make an exception in my case!!
I stopped at their shop the next day and, after having my credit card double checked was given my 4 packs of flooring. It wasn't until the next day when I rearranged my van that I counted the number of tiles per pack to check there was enough. It turned out they'd given me a different (more expensive) product that had fewer tiles per pack. So, instead of having 11.98sqm, I had 8.32sqm - 0nly two-thirds of what I'd ordered.
At this point they could have admitted a mistake and taken steps to put it right. However, on phoning up, the lady on the other end of the phone (after initially telling me that of course I had less tiles because they were more expensive than the tiles I specified) told me that they gave me these because that's what they had in stock. I suggested they make up the difference at no extra cost as this was their mistake. I would come back that day. She said they couldn't do this as they didn't have any in stock (which they did 5 minutes before). I suggested they take back the tiles they'd given me and send me the correct ones but pay the carriage themselves. They couldn't do this either. In fact she wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee for the tiles they'd missold me and charge me £50.00 carriage for a new order AND a £40.00 'small order charge' - a charge for 11.98sqm which didn't apply to 8.32sqm.
In the end she agreed to a full refund. This meant a round trip of 90 minutes to return the product (after a 90 minute round trip to collect in the first place). On arrival I went to the trade counter for my refund. On finding out who I was the guy on duty turned very hostile, wouldn't do my refund and sent me upstairs to see the guy who'd originally processed the order (Ivan). When I asked where the stairs were he started shouting and waving his arms as if I should know despite having been in his store for just 5 minutes the day before.
I found Ivan (who was fine with me) who took me downstairs to the same counter to process my refund. He was quite aware he'd sold me less tiles than I'd asked for and suggested I just buy some more - they did have them in stock after all. My original order was for £300.00 - the reduced quantity he sold me came to £300.00. He was suggesting I pay an extra £150.00 for the honour of being conned. I said I'd take the tiles at no extra charge as he'd made the error but he wasn't interested.
I kept a copy of the original invoice. It's notable that it avoids stating the meterage which would have alerted me to their change of product, instead opting to quantify 4 packs of flooring (which it would have been had they given me the correct product too).
I have kept the emails between myself and Ivan which show exactly what I asked for and was promised.
Do not use this company. They deliberately lied to get my money and showed absolutely no regret at doing so, even continuing to try and add charges despite the 'error' being their fault.
It seems they only like direct transfer payment. Getting money back after paying by direct transfer can be very difficult.
In the end I found another company online. They are called Made of Wood Ltd. A very helpful guy called Lucas gave me all the information I needed. The tiles were delivered very quickly and at only a slightly higher cost. Well worth the little extra.

Ordered on the Monday
Ordered on the Monday, promised delivery by Wednesday at point of order. It’s now the following Tuesday and the company called today to say the items are being sent out today. Shocking how people are using corona and think it’s acceptable to bare face lie to customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I booked an appointment three weeks in advance for a specialist to come look at the damaged floor. They could only see it during the week which meant I had to take the day off work to let them in.
On the morning of the appointment I had a call from a rep trying to confirm the booking for the wrong time (then she admitted they had a problem with their vehicles so what she *actually* wanted was to see if they could move the appointment back).
I agreed to the rescheduled appointment only for them to call 30 mins before to cancel it altogether.
A THREE WEEK OLD APPOINTMENT CANCELLED 30 MINS BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO TAKE PLACE.
They're clearly a cowboy operation with a fancy website to mask the shocking way they run the business. Don't even bother getting in touch with them.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered underlay and their website offered me an option to do what it listed as standard next day delivery for £7, with the 22nd of Jan as the delivery date. I was at work but my builder waited at my flat for the delivery. When nothing arrived, I called them. They said they would call the warehouse and call me back. Two and a half hours later I hadn't heard back so I called again. This time they put me on hold while they called their warehouse. They informed me that the delivery would go out in two days and they were so sorry and I could have my delivery charges refunded. But then they called me back and said I could not have my charges refunded as I had chosen standard delivery and the date given on their website wasn't what standard delivery meant. They said it was an IT issue, which was laughable. I said I wanted to cancel my order as I had no desire to deal with them anymore. Then I spent about 3 days chasing them for a refund. They wasted my time and my builder's time. Avoid them at all costs.

I placed an order for Heatmat Combymat.
Products delivered were clearly water damaged - not great for a Under Floor Heating product.
I requested exchange. They refused - stating they could only refund.
Item was collected - refund processed, however this was less an £18.00 collection fee. Shocking.
Refund also took circa 3 weeks!!
Wish I would have read other reviews before transacting with this Company.
Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere!

I am a person who will only have a rant about a company if I feel they don't care about the customer or try to put things right.
Initially,I thought this about Flooring Supplies Centre I thought they didn't provide the kind of after care customer service,that anyone deserves,no matter how much they spend with them
I am happy to say they have proved me wrong,as is stated in my original review I was a little confused with what I ordered...They acknowledged and apologised
I cannot and didn't moan about the speed of delivery I was happy to pay the extra for ashtray delivery.They did a great job,I was dubious about the lack of secure packaging for a flimsy item, but until I inspected my goods and found that they were the wrong length, that wasn't an issue on delivery,only on inspecting the goods.Which were very good quality and colour I wanted.
I was in a real dilemma about returning the flimsy package,I checked out many delivery options to get them back to them, not just for my refund of 30.00 plus, but because I could never use the items ...and would find them hard to sell privately.....they ACKNOWLEDGED THAT and really went out if of their way to COME AND COLLECT THE GOODS AT NO extra CHARGE TO ME..I am aware it's not something they don't do all the time.

I am an honest person who will praise when good things happen, and if I feel wronged I will also say,in a respectful way..so I Have to say, that within the space of a week, the company changed my view of them, their goods were fine just the wrong length, the info on the website was an acknowledged error, possibly I TOO could of double checked my doubts with a call,email before ordering. However the delivery initially was brilliant, the customer service to return initially was not the best, but once pointed out, and they realised that I felt I had had a poor experience, they did everything to put it right.
I can only go on the last few says,of emails and calls to me,apologising and offering to make things better, on this experience I WOULD use them again
I hope all customers get the same attention if in the event something goes slightly wrong.
Moral...give people a chance to put things right and show their true colours,,,thank you Julie and Rossi in a Customer a Services.
The site looked good and prices …
The site looked good and prices competitive so set up account and ordered Monocoat C plus natural on web site. Site kept mixing up house name and street name but able to order and get confirmation of order payment and delivery date net day, SO..... set of from Cornwall to Herts to receive product and treat stair case, en route saw email saying product not in stock and would be 2-3 weeks !!!!! So a wasted journey in cost and time. Despite this the site would allow me to order again and deliver next day????????
Called manufacturer - very helpful and arranged next day delivery. So I cancelled with Floorinf Supplies and asked for refund and as goodwill a sum ot cover the next day delivery - they only refunded cost and original delivery.
NOT IMPRESSED and will not use again.

My name is Dimitar Pachev and I hope with this review to protect the people from this unreliable company. I am really disappointed and I never will buy anything from FLOORING CENTRE.I I called Monday and I ordered varnish. The varnish had to come to Tuesday. This was very important for me because I need to finish my job. The lady (Rosi) from the company now that this varnish is very important for me and she promises that the varnish will be delivered Tuesday. This did not happen. After 100 calls she told me that they have a problem with the delivery company and she will solve the problem and the varnish will come to Wednesday. Wednesday I had a text from the delivery company that the varnish will come Thursday. This was some nightmare I call and cancelled the order. Now I am waiting for my money.We will see, probably I will have a problem with the money. Never buy anything from this company, I bought a varnish and I had a problem. Can you imagine if you buy a wood floor for 5000 pounds?

Terrible company
Terrible company, ordered items via website on 28/4/17 and paid £18 to have delivered 5 days later on a Saturday. Called them on the Saturday to check what time delivery would be to be told items not in stock!! Am still waiting for my refund on 25/5/17. Have called several times and am told it's been processed, was assured it had been done today but still not. AVOID!!! Worst customer service ever
