I recently used Interior Screed on self-house build project after being let down by another contractor which left me in a bit of a sticky wicket.

What a blessing in disguise this was.. From initial contact with Veronica whom was friendly, helpful and reactive, then arranged for Austin to come out to survey the job only the next day.

I received a quotation swiftly following the site visit from Westley who answered any question and queries I had with the quote.

I decided to proceed and was booked in for the following week which meant the project didn't run into any delay from the previous contractor letting me down.

Lads arrived as described and did a phenomenal job. The floor finish was sensational and the attention to detail the chaps showed was second to none.

Overall I was over the moon with the service I received and would recommend you look no further then Interior Screed - They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seemless process - from start to finish! Well Done.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. After being let down by another company we thankfully found Interior Screed who from initial contact filled us with confidence. The office staff answered all our questions and and the work was scheduled quickly (we were in a rush due to being let down) but they managed to fit us in and the lads that laid the Screed were fantastic. Late November 2022. We are building a self build house in North Northumberland and after many many weeks, our local screeding company (owing to staffing and breakdowns and supply issues) told us they couldn’t fulfil the contract. In a state of panic we approached Interior Screed Ltd. We spoke to Weronica and Austin at the beginning of the week and agreed all the details. Martin and Matty arrived early on Friday December 2nd and Mike introduced himself and talked through measurements. He then had to leave because we were babysitting in Yorkshire. (Our first time away from the build). The guys had travelled a long way but did a terrific job and worked all day until the uneven raft floor was levelled up. An average of 55mm over 100 sq metres. At the end of the day they closed up for us and put the security fencing in place. Mike has just walked on the screed, December 6th and is thrilled. Thanks to everyone. We are very impressed. Rachel

We supply Interior Screed our screed pumps and we never have any issues with the standard how they return our pumps.
They are one of our key accounts for hire of screed pumps and I cannot praise them any higher as a great company to deal with and always friendly!

After lots of messing around with time wasters, I was in a bit of a pickle..
but dealing with these guys was like the Craig David song.. Called them on a Thursday, they surveyed on Friday. The Job was completed by Monday . And dried on Tuesday and Wednesday . There was no messing around, no hidden extras . fast accurate and great standard of work too. thanks Guys it was a pleasure.. !

Absolutely top class work from this company. The professionalism and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future with a 200 plot housing project that I am soon to be starting.

Obviously with seasonal incremental weather patterns this can often cause problems on building sites. Interior Screed went above and beyond to mitigate disruption to our programme on site. The quality of their workmanship is second to none. Highly recommended!
