Friendly and efficient
Came in with not much experience on carpets or what i should get. John was helpful and friendly and helped me make a decision quickly so i can get my carpets in for my new house

The thing l wasn’t happy about was the fact if l ordered too much material they would be a charge even if it was unopened if l returned unused product
Haven’t come across this rule before and to be honest would make me think twice about any future orders

As most of our flooring is ordered specifically for each customer and often cut or allocated from batches, a restocking charge can apply when materials are returned, even if they are unopened. This helps cover the handling and processing involved.
