Floorworks did 'what it said on the tin' - planned, delivered, installed, cleaned, all with courtesy and good humour, a pleasure to see such good work ethics!

The work was planned for two days but the work people realised that I wouldn’t have anywhere to sleep overnight, so worked until 10pm to get the job fully completed in one day - brilliant job and really appreciated how thoughtful they were

We replaced our laminated flooring with engineered wood, it was easy to arrange an original quote for our place, we then had engineers out to review. It was easy to arrange a time for our review. The service was excellent everyone was very friendly and straightforward. Using the website was easy, the UI was simple.
Our flooring was great quality we also had the skirting replaced too.

Floorworks fitted engineered herringbone wood flooring in the ground floor of my house to a very high professional standard and at a very competitive price. They visited my home prior to doing the work to take measurements, check the floor where the flooring was going to be installed and to prepare a quote. The finished work was first class and the wood was perfectly fitted around even the most awkward of spaces. The workmen were friendly and professional and cleaned up after them at the end of every day. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install wood flooring. Thank you so much Floorworks.

Dimitri did a marvellous job with highest quality with a lot of hard work going in to give me beautiful oak wood flooring! The work was complex and done ahead of timeline.

Awful company to deal with. Profit is all they care about. I found Martin to be rude and pushy. Two months after the job started it has yet to be complete in my one bedroom flat (bedroom and bathroom excluded). Quality of the floor is poor, it already has scratches however the prices are high. I do not recommend.

Great service and no surprises. The sanders worked very hard and gave us an amazing result despite our builder having laid our reclaimed floorboards the wrong way up with discolouration all over.
First time we use floorworks and pleasantly surprised. Now considering using them to sand our first floor.
