Did a meticulous job that transformed the look of our engineered oak flooring. It went from scuffed and stained to looking brand new. Very happy with the end result.

It was an online booking which went very smoothly. Very professional on the phone and the paperwork that followed was on point. The engineer his name was Kiro was excellent very neat. I asked him questions he stopped what he was doing to explain. Very pleased with company, Engineer and the finished work. A++++

Rosie and Martin helped with the quote and fitted us in at very short notice. They are both friendly and helpful. Kiril sanded and re-finished our kitchen floor, which is made of vertical type bamboo. It was damaged in several places, now it looks like new. Kiril is friendly and gave us very helpful advice. I can't recommend him highly enough for his work. He really put in the hours to get the floor finished in one day. I would definitely call Floorworks again if I need another floor done.

George sanded and lacquered my floor, and it looks amazing. I was in a bit of a time crunch, but the process, from survey to finish, was quick and efficient. Good communication with frequent updates and a beautiful result.

I contacted Floorworks following a poor experience with another contractor. From the first phone call with their office, they were polite, knowledgeable and efficient in planning.

Their pricing is competitive and the engineer who carried out the works is a true professional with over a decade of experience. He was polite, clean and tidy and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. I'd used again and recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

I recently had my carpet replaced with laminate. The service was really good, everything was fast and on time. The fields engineer were friendly and professional, Laurant made a great job and he worked really hard, finishing everything in less than two days.

Some minor inaccuracies for the invoices but everything was solved really quickly.

My floor looks brand new again after Dimitri's work. The annoying scratces and the fade colour are in the past. And all for the fraction of the cost of a new floor. Very tidy and professional work from start to finish. Would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs their old floor renovated.

Floor looks and feels amazing!

Dimitri has been a pleasure to have in our home whilst carrying out the herringbone flooring in two rooms. Curteous and hard working and made every effort to avoid dust spreading around the house. Good finish overall.

Great customer service over the phone and our floors are beautiful!

Alarm bells should have been raised when the main website “floorworks.co.uk” requires you to go to another website “flooringtrade.co.uk” to obtain their samples.

After 2 weeks of waiting, no samples arrived.

At customer services, I spoke to a lady with an Eastern European accent. She didn’t acknowledge any responsibility, was very argumentative and defensive, whilst constantly talking over me, to the point of me having to hang up!

What a horrible experience.

I’ll now have to find another company that will happily have my business.

Really great service, had all parquet floors on ground floor sanded, filled and stained. Alex and Ian were very polite, professional and worked hard and we are very happy with the results even more so as they completed the work at short notice. Highly recommend Floorworks!

Very helpful company and the Pearson Hall looks great as a result of their sanding and varnishing work.

George was always professional. He walked me through each step along the way, gave me daily updates and recommendations with regard to sanding and varnishing.
