Would do 0 starts … item returned to the AU Dropshipper in Botany and aus post provided confirmation and they wrote same generic email back …

I ordered labubus for my daughter and i never received the products and i wrote to them and never got a response its a scam and really upset

I received the Jellycat Malachy Dragon, and it is definitely fake. This product was shipped from China. Label: The label is attached with a plastic wire, whereas authentic Jellycat products use a cotton rope.

Serial Number: There is no serial number on your product. Authentic Jellycat toys include a unique serial number for authentication purposes.

Weight: The toy is noticeably lighter than the authentic Jellycat version.

Quality/Defect: There is a visible seam misalignment and exposed stitching along the centre of the plush toy’s back (from head to tail). The fur does not fully cover the seam, leaving a clear gap/line where the stitching and underlying fabric are exposed. This creates an unnatural parting in the fur, giving the appearance of balding, uneven fur, and a poor-quality finish.

Despite many emails, they chose to ignore my request for a refund. I purchased via the Shop. This platform is very useless too. Instead of helping me solve the issue. They asked me to contact my bank and report this as fraud.

This company are fake, all looks real, bags, tags, etc and would have possibly got away with it but they sent the wrong product, so because I was looking at it in more detail realised. Contacted them who said keep it and would replace, as soon as they said this is I knew it was fake, never had replacement or refund. Disgusting that they are allowed to get away with it.

I would have never ordered from this website if I thought I was buying a fake.

I’ve reported them to trading standards. This company don’t seem to want to help get me a refund. I’m not paying over £20 to send it back to China. I’m going to contact my credit card company to hopefully get the money refunded.

Scam website. Ive lost £344 and never got sent any of the jelly cats I ordered. They do not respond to emails and i Cant find a way of getting back my money.

Fake Jellycat that looks like dimmy turtle not Timmy turtle! Company have stopped responding to my requests for a refund unless I pay £22 out of my own pocket to send back to china! So now getting ready to take to court as Klarna don’t want to help getting my money back unless I return to the company. I’m also at about to report to Trading standards and Action fraud as they are scamming soo many people.

This company is totally fake. I searched up jellycat Sydney and the first one popped up is this website.
The company’s phone number is fake, address in USA is fake.
The way that customer service replies in email is like AI. I’m in Sydney, he sent me a tracking number from china to britan.
“Sorry you didn’t receive it, but it shows delivered in our system.”
First time get scammed. Everyone please don’t buy from this website. Liar.

Awful. Paid over £50 for my Bartholomew bear and it came with TEMU tracking on the parcel so it’s definitely a fake. I paid £20.70 to return the item only to be told two months later it’s still in customs in china! (This wasn’t by the company but via the tracking id paid!)
So I’m now £70 down and no bear and no money or reply from the company. Please check where your jellycat is coming from as these websites look genuine but are clearly fake. I’ve now managed to buy a genuine one so in all I’ve paid £120.70!!

I bought 6 pack of blind boxes and two "secret" versions for my friends' kids to open up and enjoy. The website claimed they have 100% authentic products. ALL of them were fake, especially the sealed pack of 6 blind boxes.
I wrote them an email telling about the issue, but they responded to me with a generic email of being "100% authentic goods" and if I want, I can send them items back to get a refund. Two problems here are that I need to ship all this at my own expense back to China, and that, according to their own website, only items in their original condition are eligible for a refund. Obviously, all products are opened up by now, and only after that it's possible to confirm that they are fake.
I sent another email to the company with all the photos proving that the goods are counterfeit, and they just never got back to me.

Counterfeit goods! I had two wedding egg amusables and they were totally different. Colour differences to stitching. AVOID.

This is a fake jellycat website made the mistake of ordering a dragon from here for the same price as a original in the process of trying to get a refund

The Jellycat soft toy I received was a counterfeit. While it is a convincing replica in appearance and cannot its own Jellycat bag, it is missing the genuine Jellycat branding. The sungle label that has the string/ tag attached to reads “Shang” followed by numbers, rather than the official woven “Jellycat London” label.

Selling such items is misleading to customers, particularly collectors, and constitutes a breach of consumer protection laws. My daughter was so excited only later to find out it’s a fake!
I have emailed the company twice now but I haven’t received a response to either.
I’m generally very switched on and only buy from well known stores, however, this time I let myself down because I was excited to have found what we’d been looking for. The site is convincing and well designed. Never again!

DO NOT BUY from this site. This site sells fake jellycats. I reached out for a return/refund and they want me to pay to ship it to china (it arrived from a USA shipping address) with a promise to reimburse shipping. They stated they cannot provide a return shipping label. I have worked in retail and this is a false claim. They are obviously a fraudulent company. I have reached out with follow up questions and they keep responding with the same copy and pasted response that does not answer my question.

Totally fake items. Bought Bartholomew bear but the label is clearly not authentic Jellycat. Raising it with my bank and Trading standards as this company in its many guises clearly do not respond to complaints.
