This was purchased for my 85 year old sister-in-law, who is in pretty good health but lives alone since her husband passed away. It provides peace of mind for the family. I love the feature that we have the option to contact family members first instead of going straight to the EMT's. Also love the option of being able to call her RescueTouch directly if we can't get an answer on her cell phone.

As my mom's mobility began to be questioned, my wife and I reached out to evaluate some of the "medic alert" companies. When we called Rescue Touch, we shared our circumstances with the operator and were transferred to the owner of the company. Scott walked us through the features of the device and evaluated our needs. I was totally unaware that the technology existed to have my mom's device call me and speak directly OR call 911. This way, I can make the determination as to her condition before 911 is called and emergency services are rendered. In addition, the device allows for "two way calling". I can call her device when I am unable to reach her on her phone and we can speak direct. My mom is even thankful for this feature in that she sometimes "can't find her phone". Thank you RescueTouch and Scott for alleviating my mom's concerns, as well as our own.

Having a Rescue Touch offers peace of mind when we are unable to be with mother.

The system never failed me, and if it did, it was through my own fault. I loved that I could program to text/call my phone number rather than 911 and although I didn't use it, the GPS feature is fantastic! It is extremely easily to program the phone numbers. The call function through the button is also extremely useful. As my mother's eyesight started declining, this button was a lifesaver when she needed to call me. I lived with/took care of her, and having this button just for nightly bathroom runs was worth the monthly fee. I would highly recommend this product if you are a caregiver. In our otherwise difficult lives, RescueTouch/Florida Health Alert & Tech provided a little peace. Thank you!

Everything worked as stated, providing me with some mental relief as far as monitoring my mother's safety (especially at night) was concerned.
