Excelent product experience. Excelent customer service offered by Izawati.

I had a mixed experience with this service. The ordering process was simple, payment was smooth, and delivery was quick — all of which I appreciated.

However, the flowers themselves were very disappointing and did not meet expectations. This was meant to be a thoughtful gesture, but unfortunately the quality of the product didn’t reflect that at all.

While I understand that managing outcomes can be challenging, as a customer I can only evaluate what was delivered — and in this case, it fell short.

First time buyer. Customer service was excellent and very helpful and the prices are just great. Definitely will be my go to shop for flowers and gifts.

I've been using FlowerChimp for a while, for delivery in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

It's so easy to liaise with them- via Whatsapp - especially when I faced with some problem - which often time I created myself. They have been so helpful in rectifying the matter. That's the part that made me always choose them for flowers delivery.

All my recipients had loved receiving them too.
I must add, their pricing are very reasonable and affordable.

This is my 2nd time ordering for from Flowerchimp. I had very pleasant experience previously thus without hesitation I chose them again today . Delivery is prompt , flowers are nicely arranged . We were in Brunei and can’t attend our supplier’s grand opening in Singapore. Flowerchimp SG. Izawati made sure to deliver the flowers in time and sent me pictures once delivered. Job well done.

Delivery came half hour late but flowers were beautiful. If you really need to receive it by 10pm on the dot then it may be a risky decision but if you’re not too particular I guess it’s fine. Thankfully I needed the flowers by midnight!
