Poor customer service from Izawati ; poor website instructions and descriptions

Avoid it at all cost

Their WhatsApp support service is amazing. First, the chatbot layer is useful. Then the people working behind it like Amira, are really helpful and fast in providing a solution. I had made a mistake in delivery address and she made the change super easy via chat. In addition they provided email confirmation with changes. Once again thank you and I will recommend and use your service again.

I would definitely recommend Flower Chimp.

Having stumbled upon them through random online search out of urgency, Izawati has been very kind, responsive and helpful throughout my order, despite having raised more than a few enquiries, custom order and changes.

Very bad experience. They promised ( I requested on the note, and they confirmed in email) that it will be delivered before 5pm, and no. They couldn’t make it, they told me the driver had an accident but the driver had another story saying the company told them just deliver before 6pm.
Thing is, it was meant to be a surprise and she already left work after 5pm.
Then multiple chasing and calls it was delivered at night to her place. Surprise was ruined, I regretted using this company.
