Orderd flowers for anniversary and it got delivered on time. Bright colour flowers and it was fresh and look similar to how it was mentioned in the website.

Flowers were fresh, colorful, and beautifully arranged-exactly what I hoped for. The customer service was very friendly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I will definitely order again.

The flowers were delivered on time and were more beautiful than I could have imagined. The arrangement was elegant and full of fresh, fragrant blooms. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a five-star experience!

Spent £40 on a bouquet for it to arrive with wilted flowers in and looking nothing like the image. Reported after 48 hours after visiting the person that had received them to be told they would only offer me a £10 store credit, I certainly will not be using these again.

Absolutely disgusting company - worst experience I've ever had - this isn't even a legit business - it's a scam

If I could give zero stars for head office customer service and delivery, I would. I received delivered flowers as a gift. Not only were they delivered at 11:30pm which woke me up and is highly inappropriate, they were rotting and we needed to throw them out the next day. They offered us only a credit versus a refund and we had to argue for the full amount. We were told that all stores would be informed of our credit and we could just show the email correspondence. False. I needed to call head office and wait for an email to be sent. In my opinion it’s effectively stealing offering a credit for a product you never wanted and had a terrible experience with. As I said to them on the phone, I have no intention of ever giving them custom. Please avoid. Feels like a scam site and honestly how dare they just take money from people who complain about delivery times and rotten flowers.

Ordered funeral flowers a week in advance. Asked for them to be delivered before 11.00am
Got a phone the next day. My cousin, whose husband had not long had a stroke, received a phone call to say their were flowers left on the doorstep of the deceased house, she had to return to the house and take them to the cemetery. They had arrived at 2.30pm, 3.5 hours after I asked them. It seems they told the driver but he had many drop offs. Embarrassing and a joke, will not use them again. Very stressful.

Flowers never came from my mother’s birthday.

I ordered flowers for my partner’s birthday — a simple request, for delivery yesterday. They never arrived. No update. No apology. Nothing.
Just tracking saying they will be delivered “yesterday apparently”

This isn’t the first time either — they’ve already botched two previous orders. I gave them another chance (foolishly), and they failed me yet again.

Flowers & Plants Co. is utterly unreliable. When you order flowers for a special occasion, you expect them to arrive on the day, not become a source of stress and disappointment. They can’t even manage that basic promise.

I got a response this morning from their chat, lying to me. Telling me the courier had an issue so couldn’t collect the flowers. (So if that was the case why wouldn’t you tell me that)

Secondly the tracking clearly updated and stated it was collected and was on its way to me… so who is lying? Clearly the company is NOT the courier.

Avoid this company at all costs. I won’t be using them again — and I suggest you don’t either. They are pathetic.

If I started narrating my experience, you'd think I had a personal agenda against these disrespectful, unhelpful, useless, anniversary ruining clowns. I honestly don't know where to start, I really don't. The damage they did was extensive and led to a sweaty, awkward, silent, tensed day that we had both looked forward to for months. The item had shown as delivered on their website but when I first called the lady was rude, acted like I was confused and it was not supposed to be delivered that day when I literally picked the day on their website without apology till I called her out on it. Then I asked for it to be cancelled, she then called back and said it would be delivered by 6 when my reservation was by 6 so I was hoping it would be delivered around 5 ish, just for it to not be delivered by even past 6:30 and I had asked my gf to come to my office cause I was expecting a package making her take a detour in the heat and leading to a bad mood. We eventually left without it being delivered and wasted her time and energy for nothing and leaving me with my d*ck in my hands....The rest of the day was a downwards spiral I'd save you the details of. I couldn't detest a company any more than I do this one and would be demanding a refund. I got to work to realise it was delivered around 7pm...I have no need for it now

What a terrrible customer service experience! I was made to feel a nuisance, the assistant had no idea of the product offer and zero empathy for the fact that I was buying funeral flowers. Offered me a store branded postcard for the sympathy message. Very badly done but reading the other reviews now it seems you don't really care. Will not be going here again or any of your other outlets.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, exactly as described. Ordered for my mother’s birthday, they were really beautiful.

Wish I read the reviews first but was in a rush to make same day delivery that I didn’t do my usual checks. Same as a few people on here, my order was not delivered on the day selected. I got an email from DPD (courier) in the afternoon saying that my delivery has been cancelled with no explanation. I called Flowers & Plants Co. to see what the issue is and they apparently had no idea why - they said they’ll investigate and get back to me.. no one did. So I call back.. no answer. I called again the following day (the day I’m writing this review) and they took forever to locate my order on the system (same as the day before) and still had no update/explanation. They said it is on their list for delivery today so let’s see… I also asked for a refund and they offered to refund delivered in credits to which I denied as I definitely won’t be using them again so just waiting confirmation of a cash refund. Sorry for the long one but in short, I do not recommend.

Can't praise this shop enough. They bent over backwards to ready a wedding lapel spray and bridal hairpiece for a next day wedding - a last minute order but they rose to the occasion even though they had other orders to fulfil. They produced two beautifully crafted floral pieces of art which were well praised by the guests. Gorgeous work. Thank you to the lovely, accommodating and efficient staff who helped me in choosing flowers, colour & design, and in their timely creation. Lastly, for where they have positioned themselves in the heart of London, this shop's prices are quite economical and did not break the bank. Service and products - first class. Will definitely return.

I ordered a white orchid plant for my aunt for her 80th birthday and it was stunning, really beautiful. My Aunt loves it and was pleased that it arrived in pristine condition. I needed to check with the company that it was delivered and they came back to me really quickly. Very good service all round.
