Originally I was a little hesitant as I saw some bad reviews, but my friends order on regular basis so decided to give it a go. Really good service, same day delivery, long lasting flowers! Overall had great experience.

I purchased flowers for arrival of my sister's baby shower. I had slight issues with the order because I put wrong address by accident but the team sorted everything out so quickly. My sister was delighted with the flowers. I would definitely recommend👍

Very satisfied with the service, i ordered a plant for my mums birthday and it arrived on time and with no problems. I 100% recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

Definitely worth the purchase and delivery time was excellent. Good choice to pick from, as well as the flowers being good quality.

Ordered flowers for my wife, as it was the 1st anniversary of her father's passing. I got a text the day before to say they were going to be delivered. I called and got them to cancel, and send on the day I asked for, but they still arrived early. Also, they were not in a good state. If a florist cant deliver on the correct day, then why on earth would you use them? I alsohad issues with a previous order, where they sent me the wrong vase plant, and that's a long story. I wouldn't use this company again.

I ordered flowers for mother’s day and when they didn’t arrive they offered extra for inconvenience and to arrive a few days later. When they still didn’t arrive I contacted them and was never replied to! Disappointing.

Extremely disappointed, placed an order for delivery to Bridgewater for today (sat 3rd) £9.00 deliver charge before midday. However realised that they had not arrived as it got to 2.15pm phoned the,shop (didnt realise they were based in London), who advised that courier firm not working over Easter period, therefore unable to deliver until 7th April obviously the message for easter would then be completely irrelevant). They were apologetic, and said there was,a mix up I should have received an explanatory e-mail. Why on earth are they taking order on their website which the are clearly unable to deliver I used a different company to send flowers to Germany which were a lot cheaper and looked lovely. Very disappointed, will not use again.

Customer Service is terrible. Do not respond to emails. Been on hold for over an hour. They send a "hello" message on the live chat and then do not respond afterwards. Avoid. They clearly don't need the money.

Orders a plant and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I received flowers a day late and many were dead and broken off. I would expect a full refund. Very disappointed!

Awful. Paid over £40 including delivery for a plant that turned up half dead and all the soil had spilled out into the plastic it was wrapped in. I had to try and scoop it all back into the pot, 2 branches were snapped and 2 further leaves were dead and had fallen off. Emailed customer service and they didn't even bother to respond. Never again. For the price, I got better and cheaper plants on Groupon.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day & was informed 7pm the evening before that my order was not able to be fulfilled. Poor communication & planning on arguably one of the busiest days of the year. I would put your trust in another company to deliver.

Sent flowers to completely wrong address then denied agreeing to send them. Sham company. Related to Moyses Stevens who should be ashamed of themselves.

I received flowers from here from my friend on my birthday and they were absolutely stunning. Honestly took my breathe away! I wouldn’t pay attention to the bad reviews. You deffo need to try because honestly they were SOO beautiful. Everyone noticed! I loved it and the delivery was as stated on the day and prompt! I hope everyone loves it as much as I did xx

Ordered two large bouquets for Mothers' Day. They emailed at 7pm the night before to cancel. Despite their email saying they knew this would happen 12 hours earlier, they literally waited until it is too late for me to order elsewhere.
Looks like they have closed early and aren't answering phones.
Absolutely appalling. Will never use again.

Awful, failed to deliver flowers on time that were ordered for a special occasion

Absolutely shameful. Emailed me at 7pm the night before Mothers Day to tell me my flowers wouldn't be delivered. The best they can offer is a voucher and delivery 3 days later! Absolutely disgusted.

Received some flowers for valentines and they would have been gorgeous but they had been bashed quite a lot in the box they arrived in. Which is a real shame.
