Great service under difficult circamstances

Last minute bouquet needed and Nightingale came to the rescue! Quick responses via email and the most beautiful reflex rose bouquet five days later! Couldn't recommend enough, fabulous local florist!

bouquets absolutely stunning , perfect for the occasion

I absolutely love nightingale florist. I buy my flowers here for years already, and try to have fresh beautiful flowers in my clinic. The beautiful colours and the gorgeous arrangements they create are just so beautiful to gift or have in your own home. I wouldn't buy flowers anywhere else anymore.

I placed my order online, but had a few questions, so phoned the florist who were only too happy to help. Everything was explained clearly and the process could not have been simpler. The beautiful bouquet arrived when they said and they were exactly as I had ordered. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with them. I would definitely order again.

Beautiful, fresh floral arrangements created by Daisy for my Mother’s funeral. From our initial chat, to the delivery of the arrangements, Daisy was approachable, knowledgeable, lovely, and calmly efficient at a very difficult time. We had some quite specific requests for flowers that Daisy found a way to include without question.

I paid for same day delivery, I entered the incorrect date by mistake. When I contacted this company and asked them that the payment of same day delivery overrides this, Daisy replied, "the delivery date is the date of delivery". Flowers were not delivered on the same day I ordered them, so I requested a refund of the £5 difference, Daisy said "I can't" do this!!! But instead she was giving me a £5 store credit. She could see that my billing address is Australia...
My advice is to enter today's date, but pay the cheaper option for delivery as they honour the date and not the type of delivery you selected/paid for. Save yourself £5 👍
