As another small business owner I really appreciate your personal email following my order. These small gestures and personal touches.

I ordered the flowers as a birthday gift for a lady who fits the title of unofficial auntie and who had also just lost her husband.

Her message of thanks to me was just lovely and the photo she sent to me showed that the flowers were very much as per the photo on your site.

I’ll shall be using your company again

I would give them a 0 but it isn't possible.
I placed an order for a bouquet and vase with next day delivery. The email says to allow 48 hours for delivery however that was 2 days ago and there has not even been a dispatch notice.
I have attempted to email and call but neither have been answered.

ETA I did get a reply and they have been delivered. The recipient however did not know who they were from as the card was not included

To say your service is disappointing is an understatement.

The daffodils were already dead on arrival.

I choose the £59 display for the "larger" bouquet - I am so disappointed when I saw them today.

They've already browned, dried out and are absolutely not a large amount of flowers for the price. Something this size could be in better condition for less than £20 in a supermarket.

The note was not included I left for my mother's 70th Birthday, and the Vase I ticked wasn't included in the order.

The invoice and pricing was also in the box.

Bought flowers for my partners birthday, definitely not worth £59.66. The company took 6 payments for 1 bunch of flowers, of which I haven’t had all the money back. Totally useless and pathetic. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid at all costs! The flowers that come are dead! I orderd some tulips and the petals were falling off on arrival! They did not add the tracking to the order so was worried they would not come on the day I orderd them. I called them 20 times no answer! Just the worst service and flowers all round. I went out and used the local florist because could not give these awful flowers as a gift.

Flower colours not as ordered even though website says they are in stock.

Updated following response to send replacements, which have now arrived and are in good condition

100% happy with the flowers and the service. I told them the wrong delivery date at first but they amended it very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

They sent the flowers I ordered to the billing address, then tried to blame me! the flowers cost me nearly 40 quid, and they were rubbish, I've had better for 20 quid from Marks & Spencers.

These scammers refused to communicate on a late order of over 100 stems for my anniversary. Falsely accused me of leaving the wrong address when confronted despite they themselves providing proof about a correct address being provided, did not answer or pic up any calls and emails, and repeated tried to prove that the customer is wrong by dodging all responsibility. Horrendous

Flowers were ok but I cannot speak to anyone as they don’t answer the phone nor do they respond to emails. I cancelled my subscription and now they are taking money from my account even though the cancellation was a month ago. Awful customer service is the polite way to say thieving bstrds

Buying flowers for my girlfriend has never been so easy. They always arrive on time and beautiful.

I ordered £72 worth of flowers for a friend who lat her husband at the moment no flowers arrived and I want the money returned

Ordered a tuber which never arrived and no response to my email. Had to get the bank to refund me. Avoid!!

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. The flowers ordered were already in bloom and only lasted a few days and were not the colours ordered. Also substitute vase provided from the picture on the order

The flowers I ordered arrived on time and the red lilies were stunning. Great customer service as I forgot to put the correct delivery address and realised they would be sent to me not my friend. I emailed the company immediately and they put the new delivery address on the order. I found the flowers also compared favourably with other companies. Would recommend this company

The flowers I ordered were never delivered. We think they may have been sent to a similar address ending in Gardens rather than Avenue. I hope to get my money back.

On your website, you state that the business was founded to avoid “Unreliable flower deliveries, arrangements that don’t match the photos, and customer service that disappears when you need help.”

In the words of Meatloaf, “Two out of three ain’t bad” — although in this instance, for both my mum and I, it really is.

The delivery itself went as expected, so thank you to Royal Mail for that. However, the flowers that were delivered, together with the complete lack of customer service so far, leave a great deal to be desired.

The image of the bouquet I ordered from your website is primarily white and clearly includes ranunculus, eucalyptus and salal, along with the other blooms advertised. Unfortunately, what was actually delivered to my mum cannot be compared. The arrangement is predominantly pink, contains none of the advertised foliage, and the tulips appear to have only a couple of days of life left in them. It looks cheap and bears little resemblance to what was ordered.
There was also no ranunculus and no alstroemeria included at all.

While I understand that substitutions may sometimes be necessary, as stated on your website, this is not a substitution. It is a clear omission of key elements from the advertised arrangement, resulting in something that is materially different from what was ordered.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. Unfortunately, this arrangement does not meet either of those standards.

There has been no response to my emails or telephone calls today. I can only assume that you are inundated with similar disappointed customers who relied on you for Mother’s Day flowers.
You had one job to do, and you failed. I only wish that I had looked at the TrustPilot reviews before ordering from you.

Ordered tulips for Mother's Day, the flowers failed to turn up. They have not responded either through email or phone call.

I purchased a wowcher to use against the order I wanted to place with flowers by flourish. The code I was given didn't work so I contacted the company to ask what the issue was with the code. They said the code had expired and I would need to apply for a refund from wowcher, I had only bought the deal two days prior. Now I receive lots of spam emails from them, however I won't be placing an order with them.
