Tried to ring to get an understanding of how their rates compare to amber and what my specific bill would look like after signing up, given that I have an energy efficient house, an EV and a battery, and they dont even take phone enquiries. It is not good customer service to provide a complicated product with multiple options and then have no one to talk to about it. But maybe it makes them cheaper - I guess I won't find out.

This company is terrible at customer service. I was looking at signing up to them, and have had no luck at getting a response on the live chat or a response via email. I wanted to know if I was able to cash out any credit on my account if I had some from their FIT rates, and do you think I can get an answer or a response... No. Unfortunately no one answers you on the live chat despite trying at least 10 times, and no response from an email enquiry either. Disappointing

Live chat does not work. No reply to emails. No response to phone calls.
Flow is either a scam or no longer in business.
The only way to sign up is via their very buggy app.
Everything points to the company as a scam.
