After 2 months of messing around, having to buy a whole new tap just so it would fit, started using it 6 days ago and the last few days i've been feeling sick, symptoms of tonsillitis, head aches, my daughters also been getting head aches. Did a tds reading and it was coming in at the same as standard tap water. To think i gave up my zero water glass filter for this because i wanted a simpler way to wash veggies etc. I'm more bothered about the fact that I've used this water with my son who has complex needs and gets ill easily from tap water. Asked for a refund but after seeing other reviews I'm not holding my breath, hoping they cancel the subscription as I'm not able too. Will be going back to my zero water that actually reads 0 with TDS reader. Awful!

Wish i had seen these before buying. First problem didnt fit my tap and had to buy new ones as none of the adapters fitted. Fitted the filter which was easy enough, however it now means i cant get a bottle underneath it let alone the kettle to fill it up. Totally useless. Im wasting more water and it doesnt taste filtered my filter jug tastes better, this tastes bleached. Water whould run like a tap and have a smaller adapter and it comes out like a shower and totally misses my small water bottle and fills the sink up not the bottle. Reached out to them on numerous occasions, just get platitudes and offer of different adapters which wont change anything. Waste of money and not fit for purpose sadly. Off to buy a betrer one now

Whole company is a scam, you might aswell order a water filter from amazon. This company lies and doesn't even give refunds. AVOID!

REBRANDING SCAM!!!
The device fits OK and works perfectly well on our kitchen tap. BUT the EXACT same product is about £3 or £4 on Temu, Ali Expressz and about half price on Ebay.
You can get 10 pieces of replacement filters on Temu for £8!
So, this is a rebranding scam DO NOT spend £44 on this!!!

Happy with the tap and customer service has been great. Have a very old tap and they had no problem sending additional adapters that came super quick especially for Northern Ireland postcode. Not noticed much difference yet taste wise but like idea of having clean,safe water to drink

Had the filter working about two days before it fell off and broke. I emailed asking could they send a different adapter that would hold the filter in place better, the customer service team responded saying they would send me a replacement, which I was very grateful for however, it’s been two weeks and I haven’t had any further update from them.

This is advertised as being able to fit all taps but it doesn’t fit my (modern) tap and the additional aerators they mailed me don’t fit my tap either. This is especially frustrating since I sent a picture of the aerator I have next to a ruler to demonstrate what I’m working with. I would not recommend.

i have purchased replacement filters for my filter tap only to realise my tap is from different company, and not from flowpure. as it was with weekene, i couldn't do much, so sent couple of emails to cancel it before it ships and a message on insta also. they replied through all chanels, 1st thing in morning to make sure all is resolved, excellent customer service, received, not only are the cartridges the same, i paid more then I would with the other company, so they refunded the difference immediately and matched the price. really friendly team (i dealt with Lucy), efficient, on the ball, i can only praise their skills and support. I will be using this company from now on and have advised my friends to go with them as nothing is an issue. excellent company and the team they have working for them.

I wish I could give this piece of garbage zero stars. They are a bunch of liars and gaslighters. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP! The filter would not stay on after a few weeks at all. We requested a metal attachment instead of a plastic one. They said they would send one. They sent me a second plastic one! Then they sent a metal attachment but the wrong one, it was just an extension to my tap, not a replacement for the blue adaptor. The point is, they kept lying and pretending they were open to helping and didn't! So I've just wasted £45 on this garbage. I learned a big lesson here. DO NOT BUY!

Did not work whatsoever. The filter also went mouldy after about 1 week and I had to remove it from the tap. Not cheap either, so wasted money! Order- 15177

I have tested the water with water strips on a fresh cartridge and there is no difference to normal tap water so it DOES NOT work!
Plus it is not a good system as it is easy to forget to switch from tap to ‘filtered’ water so I have accidentally run hot water through the cartridge several times which ruins the filtering of the water!

Ridiculous. Garbage product rebranded. I know the website owner too, arrogant and full of sh$t like the water he drinks.

Was genuinely excited to have a filter on my tap but the tap/filter toggle broke within a day from general use switching between filtered water or washing dishes, rendering it useless. I’d recommend saving your money and putting it towards something of a higher quality

What a great idea to attach the filter to the tap! I couldn’t afford a filter system and haven’t drunk my water from the tap since I moved here 5 years ago, as it just doesn’t taste right. I came across this online and with the discount and 6 filters (1 & 1/2 years worth) I thought it was worth a try! I am not disappointed at all! My water now tastes how it should, fresh and clean! I would 100% recommend this product to all! Easy to fit, looks great, affordable and most importantly it works!! I also have had great customer service, any question I asked (via email) was answered in less than a hour! What more could you ask for!! Five star rating from me!! Thanks so much!

The system definitely provides purer cleaner water.
We had an issue with the system within the first month.
The customer service was exceptional. The replaced the whole system with no hesitation.

Doesn't work, we tested the water before fitting this and after, no difference!
Save your money people!! I emailed to tell them I wanted a refund, they did send a reply saying some bs about it filtering chemicals you cant test for?! But then afterwards did send a return label, I received a refund within 7 days.

I’m not sure if this filter contains harmful contaminants as there’s no official testing done in the UK. This company has failed to obtain legitimate UK testing and only provides a test certificate from China. I would be wary about this cheap filter whether you get it from flowpure or not. The tap water tastes and smells more like chlorine and I’m concerned that there’s added dangerous chemicals in the white stick. My Pets hates the water from this filter and that’s telling you something.
If there’s anyone out there that’s got access to professional testing then please do the tests and report back on Trust Pilot.

First problem we had was they were misleading about their offer and didn't send us the 2 free filters they claimed we'd get. Eventually after several gaslighting emails they did send them.

The bigger problem is that it doesn't actually improve the taste of the water at
all! We've always used filter jugs which take any chlorine taste out of the water but unfortunately with Flow Pure there is a bleachy taste as if it hasn't been filtered at all. In fact, husband and kids think it's tastes actively worse than tap water.

Finally the device itself it's quite awkward. It affects where you can fit the kettle or bottles under the tap and it sits at an awkward angle causing it to drip at the end of each use.

I bought my flowpure a few weeks back and definitely can verify its authenticity. So many people complain here about things that are actually not the company’s responsibility, it’s a piece of kit that needs taking care of, like anything you buy. If you don’t, how is that the company’s fault? It 100% filters water, I noticed also that people say it doesn’t, but maybe it’s because you haven’t removed the plastic covering from the filter? Who cares if Temu or Ali are selling something similar cheaper? You get what you pay for, I’ve bought a beautiful piece of equipment that is so convenient, better that any jug water filter, and I’ve even had steam distillers in the past. For me it’s a great deal. Anyone saying it doesn’t work, are wrong

The water is as bad as when I taste it from the tap. Absolutely awful. What a waste of money... I am very disappointed. The worst part is that I bought two packs...
