On the fence
I received the tap filter as per my order and followed their instructions. Just like the videos and all seemed good. But isnt. I have a zero water filter and tester. In my zero jug filter when the water is tested it has no particles. My tap water unfiltered has around 149 to 158 particles and after using this filter my filtered water has exactly the same. I tried another filter. Same result. The company said this. Regarding the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading, it's important to note that TDS meters measure all dissolved solids, both beneficial minerals (like calcium and magnesium) and contaminants. Our FlowPure filter is designed to retain those essential minerals while targeting harmful contaminants.
That’s why you may see a similar TDS reading, but rest assured, the water is being purified from impurities and contaminants without stripping out beneficial minerals. So I've changed it from a 1 star to a 3 star. It sounds plausible but I'm not entirely convinced. I will alter this if I see more convincing evidence.
