Unprofessional and Dishonest: Avoid at All Costs
Flowroute abruptly shut down our account without a single notice after years as a paying customer. Since we used it as a backup, we only discovered months later that we had been locked out. When we raised a ticket, they responded that they had decided to stop serving customers outside the US and Canada. Not only did they cut us off without warning, but they also kept our remaining balance. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and frankly dishonest behaviour. A company that treats long-term customers like this should not be trusted.
