Flowroute abruptly shut down our account without a single notice after years as a paying customer. Since we used it as a backup, we only discovered months later that we had been locked out. When we raised a ticket, they responded that they had decided to stop serving customers outside the US and Canada. Not only did they cut us off without warning, but they also kept our remaining balance. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and frankly dishonest behaviour. A company that treats long-term customers like this should not be trusted.

Tried to use this for my business VOIP needs, and they terminated my account after an ID verification and a manual review. I have not had the same issues with their competitors. Very incompetent and low IQ Manual Review team. The only reason given for the termination was "extreme inconsistencies" What the hell does that even mean? How many scam call centers squeeze by their crack-team of Manual Review geniuses each day?

This is a scam!!! Be aware.
Searching the internet I saw the ad flowroute.com for the cheapest site in terms of trunks, for example with only $ 0.008 per minute in Sweden. I chose and applied for the account, I had to wait a week just for a verification even though all the documents were in order. After they verified me even though I had $ 0.25 in my account, the person named Larry from the support told me that you can not make calls because a minute in the country where you want to call in Sweden costs $ 1.6. Before that he pressured me to put $ 40 in the account to be fully activated. Do not believe them, this is a scam that should be punished.
