What an awful experience! Please do not buy from this website! Products are coming from China and take over 2 weeks to arrive which is not clear at all on the website. Once arrived, the product was nothing like it had described and very poor quality for over £40 sent! Contact the website customer service for a refund and after several emails later, still fighting for a full refund and not just a partial refund. Expectations for refunds to be paid by the customer. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and buy elsewhere! Certainly a lesson learnt to do more research before buying online, first bad experience for online purchasing but definitely one to remember! Still fighting for my money back!

When i ordered this item from fluffyfriendsshop.uk, I assumed it was in the UK. It took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. When it was eventually delivered, it came with an EU plug and no UK adapter. The quality was very poor so i checked for the Safety Certification and there is none. I can not use this item safely with my pets incase of an electrical fault and it causing a fire. I contacted Fluffy Friends who kept offering me a discount 5 times up to 50% off, but safety is more important than a discount. I asked for return information to be told i had to pay tracked postage to Germany. IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR PETS, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. NOT A UK PRODUCT OR COMPANY.

Absolutely atrocious service, stay away from purchasing anything from them. I ordered a dog leg support harness for my dog who had cancer of the hind leg. It took ages to arrive and then the item was too small, I enquired about the return and was emailed with a load of rubbish, saying it would cost me more to return. They said pass it on to a friend or family member. I've never heard such crap in my life. They said I'd have to keep the item and they will refund a percentage of the amount. I have had to email numerous times to get that £2.59 I was informed that the system was having problems ? I am absolutely disgusted in the way they run their business. They should not be trading if they don't offer you a FULL REFUND. All I can say is do not buy anything from them

This company purports to trade from the UK. If you look a little closer the sellers apparently true ID per the internet is Mamadou Aliou Diallo of Horneburg 37, 44869, Bochum, Germany. The delivery times are not transparent simply because the goods are maybe coming from abroad and they do not really want you to know that this is a very delayed delivery because it perhaps does not come from UK? I cancelled my order within the UK 14 day statutory cooling off period and asked them for a UK returns address for a full refund per UK distance selling regulations. They offered a 30% discount if I just kept the goods because they do not really want to give a UK returns address (if indeed there is one?). The Trust Pilot reviews are absolutely shocking and some suggest that this is just a scam company. My own experience in trying to cancel and get a full refund would absolutely support that view! If I am wrong Mr Diallo please do tell me and give me a UK returns address. Thank you so much.

If I could give no stars I would. I could not understand why delivery takes such a long time! I now realise why it's just temu products at a higher price! Save yourself the hassle of going through them and order direct yourself. Don't waste your time and money on this company

Do not order from this company - major major scammers.

I ordered a pet air freshener thing and got send a plastic rectangle that honestly has no scent. No button to spray anything whatsoever. Totally scammed out of money.

I sent them a video showing how much of a joke it was. I have had multiple copy and pasted chat gpt responses.

Honestly about 40 emails back and forth and no further forward. They expect me to pay to send them it back even though it is a scam product in the first place.

Been 13 days still waiting keep giving me tracking numbers i can't do anything with or check!!! Feels its a big scam site

I've waited for 9 days for my order to arrive and I cannot track my delivery or find out where it is.
There's no communication or any way to trace my order.

Absolutely shocking. Grand Aura Stand. I thought the stand come with the bowl which it doesn't (my problem) Built the stand and the legs are wobbly and will not tighten enough to stop this. Its just cheap tat that I bought on offer for £35 which if I realised the bowl didnt come with it i would never have bought. The full price was £65 which is why I assumed the bowl was included because obviously who in their right mind would buy just a stand for £65. Me paying for the item was the quickest part of this transaction. Delivery took 3 weeks and when it gets here its horrific quality. Not even worth the metal its built out of!! And Bella on the customer service constantly with the generic email replies!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ordered some items to quickly help a cat that's struggling with mobility issues, the items are just inflated in price temu products, sold on a glossy website and are shipped directly from China. No UK power supply was included with an electrical item. So please be informed that this stuff is available much more cost effectively and from UK warehouses in a much better timescale, with better delivery services used.

Das unternehmen scheint nicht wirklich zu existieren. Zuerst kam nicht das Bestellte, aber die rechnung. Als ich es angemahnt habe kamen die hundemäntelchen von einer firma k&k in köln versendet. Diese waren leider zu klein. Da ich keine andere Adresse hatte habe ich sie zeitnah zu k&k zurückgesendet für fast 10 euro. Die sendebescheinigung habe ich mehrfach an fluffy und klarna gesendet. Man hielt mich von fluffy hin und klarna hat jetzt an inkasso weitergegeben. Heute erhielt ich auf englisch von fluffy eine nachricht, dass sie nichts machen können... dasselbe schreibt die KI von klarna. Ich habe immer alle teils sehr hohen rechnungen bei klarna beglichen und stehe jetzt ratlos da. Vor fluffy friends muss gewarnt werden. Kauft dort nichts!!!!!

Shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Thankfully I didn’t spend a lot so I’ll take the hit but I bought what was supposed to be an ‘ultimate pet hair remover’ and I’ve opened the box to find a ‘multi function window cleaner’ I am fuming. The product out the box is what is shown in their photos but it’s not designed for pets! Designed for a f’ing window. I’ve just tried to email them and for some reason it’s saying failure to deliver!

Kam erst nicht bis ich gesagt habe, gut stornieren Sie es bitte auf Klarna darauf hin haben die es mir dann doch geschickt. Qualität war wie gesagt naja Ich wollte es zurückschicken- keiner Antwortete auf meine emails. Dann kam eine Email in der hieß es ja warum möchte ich es zurückschicken ? Hab dann den Grund gesagt. Bis jetzt wieder keine Antwort.

En fait je ne donnerais même pas une étoile car TOUT c’est mal passé. Je n’ai pas reçu le lit anti-anxiété commandé et après plusieurs courriel demandant quand je recevrais mon colis, je n’ai reçu qu’une réponse me renvoyant au site de leur service de courrier E Mille. À chaque fois que j’allais sur ce site, les informations étaient différentes: colis inexistant, colis livré, colis en route de nouveau, etc … Après 16 jours Mr Fluffy me répond simplement d’appeler E Mille et de leur dire comment cela c’était passé. Jour 17 je leur répond que la livraison est leur responsabilités et que je m’attends à une réponse claire au plus tard le lendemain sinon j’exige un remboursement immédiat. On répond qu’ils sont désolés et qu’il me reviendrons après avoir consulté leur équipe. Le lendemain, toujours sans réponse de leur part, je leur écris pour demander mon remboursement. Depuis plus rien. Evidemment il n’y pas de numéro de téléphone pour communiquer avec eux. Je fait une recherche sur Trust Pilot et constate que la côte de confiance est de deux étoiles et que de très nombreux client ont eu les mêmes problèmes.
Je constate aussi que la compagnie est située aux états unis ce que je n’avais pas réalisé au départ. Je sais maintenant qu’une compagnie canadienne très bien coté vend de tel produit qui sont d’ailleurs de très haute qualité. Conseils: avant d’acheter que ce soit sur le Net vérifie où est situé la compagnie, assurez vous qu’il est toutes les coordonnées pour communiquer facilement avec le service client ( numéro de téléphone, adresse physique complète et adresse courriel) ET finalement avant tout achat aller vérifier la cote de confiance sur Trust Pilot. Je viens de perdre 65$ pour apprendre ma leçon . Je vais maintenant faire une plainte à la Protection du Consommateur. J’espère que ceci aidera d’autres personnes à ne pas se faire avoir comme moi.

Habe einen Hundemantel bestellt, leider zu klein. Man versprach mir anstatt Rücksendung eine Teilerstattung von 20%.Fand ich schon merkwürdig, genauso den Email Kontakt, der sehr lange dauerte. Hätte ich die Kundenbewertungen eher gelesen, hätte ich dort nicht bestellt. Also Vorsicht sehr unseriös. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel

=> Finger weg von diesem Shop

Nichteinmal einen Stern verdient, absolute Betrugsmasche!
Unseriöser Shop! Bestellt da bloß nicht, Rückversand meldet sich wochenlange niemand und gibt es quasi garnicht!
Man wird damit gelockt das man 20% des Kaufpreises bekommt! So ein Blödsinn!

Ich habe einen Hundemantel bestellt,da mir die Lieferung zulange dauerte,habe ich einen anderen wo anders gekauft.Als der Mantel geliefert werden sollte,habe ich bei DHL die Annahme verweigert. Das Paket ging zurück.Nun behauptet Fluffy ich hätte laut DHL das Paket bekommen. Ich habe mit DHL telefoniert, die haben mir bestätigt, dass dieses Paket zurück gesendet wurde. FLUFFY behauptet das Gegenteil, es geht seid Ende November so,ich habe insgesamt 20 Emails mit Fluffy geschrieben, es kommt einfach kein Ende.Ich werde diese Sache meinem Rechtsanwalt übergeben. BITTE BESTELLT DORT NICHTS!!!!!
