Fluid Creatives team is great period. They know what they're doing, have all the right experiences and processes, and communications have been top notch. I value vendors being responsive and great with communicating with clients and Fluid team is exactly that. They got all the flows set up within the time window they proposed. You wouldn't be disappointed working with this team.

Fluid Creatives did an incredible job with our email setup. I run a telehealth platform with a very niche demographic, and as a medical company there’s a ton of complexity around what can and can’t be said, especially when it comes to protecting health information and staying compliant with HIPAA.

This team absolutely mastered our brand. They nailed the language, the vibe, the tone, the imaging; it felt like they fully understood not just our audience, but also the nuances of the medications we sell and the compliance guardrails we have to work within. They even took the time to understand the details of HIPAA and medical messaging, which is not easy to get right.

They gave us a 14-day timeline to get everything live (which is very reasonable), and had all the creative done in just 7 days. Honestly, it would have been even faster if I hadn’t nitpicked little medical details along the way (which they promptly and gladly tweaked for me, ensuring it was exactly what I wanted.)

What I really appreciated is that we just needed a one-time setup of our flows, and that’s exactly what they delivered. No pushy upsells, no pressure, just exactly what we needed. They came highly recommended for this and the price is amazing!

Great design experience, very happy with the flows!

Been a great and efficient experience working with FC. I knew I had to knock out all my main flows so I didn't have a leaky business, and I've been putting it off for a long time thinking that one day I could do it myself. But it was incredibly well spent money to build all the flows and we're already seeing the ROI.
