Mateo Camacho was one of the most professional experienced and reliable representatives I’ve ever had the privilege of working with in my career. We had a few glitches as you always do with new integration. He handled these issues quickly, efficiently and always with a follow up to make sure we were happy with the results. He exceeded all my expectations and i would highly recommend Social Scout and in particular Mateo Camacho as your representative.

We have been loving Social Scout! We originally picked Social Scout among the sea of email agencies because the emails looked visually the best, and they have lived up to that. Seeing their style of email on our brand has been so exciting.

We're a little over a month into working with Social Scout and seeing HUGE wins with our email marketing. Our revenue, open rate, deliverability, click thru rate are all significantly UP. We're hitting every goal they promised. I can't thank Cami & Fery enough. They're truly amazing to work with!

Went to Social Scout with no prior Klaviyo/real email marketing in place. Through 3 months we've increased our revenue, collected emails at a very high clip, set up many branded flows, and sent out consistent, branded campaigns. The people are easy to work with and "bought in." You're never going to find people that care as much as you do about your brand, but this is pretty damn close. You can be as involved as you'd like. Communication is great. I have zero complaints.

Unlike past marketers we've used who just applied a "one-size-fits-all" solution, they actually dug into the specifics of our business. The redesigned welcome flow they built paid for itself almost instantly: we saw a massive jump in subscribes and revenue right away. Professional, thorough, and focused on real results.

Social Scout has been great to work with. They redesigned all my flows so my email look coherent and professional. I was even able to use some of their designs on my campaigns going forward. Very easy to communicate with and make changes along the way. The jury is still out on flow/pop-up performance because it's still pretty new but I like what I see so far. I worked with Mateo and his team and they were phenomenal.
