FLX Bike レビュー 

I love my Trail F5 and have gotten a lot of interest in the design as I ride it around. But I am also lucky to be in the neighborhood and experience wonderful customer support as well. I had some issues with my derailleur, and when I took it in I got a quick turn around and fix for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I walked out with tips on riding, nearby trails, and more. I am very glad I chose FLX for both their products and their awesome team!

The Babymaker bike is absolutely perfect in the city and on the flat. It handles very well and I'm really happy with the way it rides. The belt to replace the chain is excellent. The remaining mechanical parts are also excellent.
Unfortunately, I have to say that it is very disappointing on the climbs. It can't cope with big gradients and gets to the point where it inexorably stops. I suppose that's the price you pay for an electric bike that, for all intents and purposes, feels like a classic muscle fixie.
Another negative point is the unreliable battery status computer. Sometimes it shows less under load and, unfortunately, I've had it stop even though two seconds earlier it showed two notches. This could have been done better. Also, the charger is a bit too noisy.
However, there are electric city bikes that cost up to 5,000 euros, for example the Coboc Bike. With a fifth of the price you can't expect perfection.
All in all, it's a bike I like and am proud to show others.

So does everyone that gives it a test ride! I lead social rides a couple days per week. The Babymaker is awesome for keeping the group at a steady pace. It is also a blast for solo runs! I put a dolla on the Babymaker 2! Looking forward to seeing the new edition!

I bought the FLX Bandit ebike because of its sleek and cool look. The bike shipped within a couple of hours of my purchase and arrived within a week. The customer service team was able to answer any questions I had and they were also very nice and knowledgeable. My bike has worked flawlessly for a little over a year now and I enjoy riding it in the city. I have had no issues with the ebike and every time I ride it I get stares and compliments about how cool it looks. I would definitely recommend this bike for those who live in a decent size city for the ease of commuting.

Here is an honest opinion. Delivery was slow of my babymaker, but we encountered a global pandemic. Given this, I just accepted things were not going to go smoothly and after this was just happy to receive the bike. Communications got better throughout the campaign as matters improved. I now get a response within a day. The bike looks and rides great. It is what you would pay for and is a sexy, affordable electric bike. If you want more, spend more. My only gripe is the sudden battery drop off when running from mid capacity and I live where there are some monster hills and in the UK, so have a smaller motor. For some reason, I have noticed performance get less over the last 4 months. There is currently no explanation being offered by FLX for this. The bike is fantastic on steady gradients with medium inclines. So if you live in a city or area that suits, you would love a babymaker. I think the FLX team work incredibly hard to deliver on expectations and in a world where everybody is a critic, there needs to be acknowledgement of a company that doesn't give up in the face of adversity and keeps plugging away. I received my Babymaker a couple of months ago, and I still feel very excited every time I take it for a ride. It was my first time supporting a crowdfund through Indiegogo, but the experience was good and I enjoyed the production updates we received.

Besides the nice frame design, the components are chosen very well. The Gates Belt has the perfect gearing, the Magura brakes have the perfect stopping power, and the motor power is impressive.

I added a child seat, and love riding with my son and see the smile on his face. Looking forward to see what FLX comes up with next!

Despite the long wait for shipping due to covid, the bike has been a joy to ride and turns alot of heads. Was nice to have the transparency of the company in showing where builds, shipments, and final deliveries are at. No issues with the quality of the product vs the price point. Would recommend.

Great products! The Babymaker runs smooth, quiet and fast, love it!

There was a few issues with flx at the start and mid way through the babymaker campaign. A lack of transparency and covid 19 caused several backers to become irate. This wasn’t an issue for me as I managed to wait the year it took for my bike to be delivered and that served me well as flx had ironed out any remaining issues with the bike. Having physically owned the bike for a good number of months now. I am happy with the bikes overall build quality but a little disappointed with the range. Once the battery dies you are not prepared for the effort it requires to get up a hill. Don’t let these negative points sway you as the bike is of very high build quality and sleek design. Overall I’m very impressed and I’m intrigued to see what future products flx will produce for us. They are not a bad manufacture of bikes and don’t deserve the negativity directed towards them. They, like the rest of the world had to suddenly deal with covid19 and eventually proved themselves as a worthy company to deal with

The FLX Babymaker is a well built ebike single speed platform that utilizes beautiful colors and trending components. The pro version I ride comes with hydraulic disc brakes and a multi level drive system. This bike is amazing to look at and thrilling to ride. The electronics are tucked away in the main and bottom tubes making the bike well balanced. When you get on you’ll feel the stability and then as you pedal the motor kicks in and moves you quicker and quicker as you accelerate to about 20+ mph. The average range is 25+ miles. This is a riders bike so get out ride one today.

Great bike. The Babymaker is a kickstarter project so delay was expected, in addition to Covid. But I got the bike, love it. Color's great, size's great (customer support was quick and friendly to help me change the size before delivery). Carbon belt is a new thing for me, but so far, very satisfactory. Now I just wish I have more roads to ride like in California. This is NJ/NYC.

I ordered TWO of these bikes in May 2020! I got shipping notifications for them weeks ago but when I try to track the bikes, they say there is no tracking information available. On the 16th of August customer support said they would update me but I've heard nothing from them since. The lack of information is terrible. WHERE ARE OUR BIKES?

Never had worse customer service from any company. Ordered it in April still waiting. I was told I would get it June then July then August then September now I can’t even get a response so it may come but I’m not sure. However they are taking money for a new bike even though the ones who paid months ago still haven’t got there’s. That’s what happens when the clown runs the circus.

The Babymaker is an awesome ebike!!! From the day I tested the Babymaker at FLX shop until I got my own, I am blown away with its features and sleek design. Members of my bike group were also impressed by this ebike compared to their heavier and way more expensive ebikes. Some of my friends didn't even realize that the Babymaker was an ebike because of its stealth design, passing them with little effort particularly on uphill. FLX did a great job with this bike and they have a great staff for support. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Babymaker. If you are in the market for an ebike, look no further and get the Babymaker.

While I did have frustration from having to wait for parts and then having to return the bike. It has been returned to me and is fully functional. The service department did their job.

Hat seine Crowdfunding Kampagne null im Griff, mittlerweile bald ein Jahr Verspätung und ein unfassbares Chaos beim liefern inkl. plötzlichen horrenden Gebühren die angeblich nicht anfallen sollten. Kundendienst super schlecht. Ich weiss bis heute nicht, ob ich irgendwann eines dieser Bikes bekommen werde.

Delivery after more than 1 year.
Faulty parts: Bike computer defaults to "ERROR"
Missing parts: Charger cable doesn't fit bike.
Misaligned parts: Handle bar mount and other parts aren't aligned properly, looks really ugly.
Non-fitting parts: Accessories like the bell have a diameter that doesn't fit the handle bar.
Bad fit and finish: poor paint job.

Understanding this is a kickstarter campaign, this is probably my own fault. Never ever again though.

Don't trust FLX
I had a long and difficult attempt to buy a bicycle from FLX. Beyond the standard shipping delays there were promises that the bicycle I'd ordered would be in a particular shipment, then mysteriously it was not. There were promises that the courier company would deliver by a date and then there was an unexplained problem, and then when I said I'd asked the credit card company for a chargeback, FLX accused me of trying to steal from them. I'd do nothing of the sort, and expected to refuse the delivery after the chargeback. Still, I did a chargeback, the bank was magnificent and I got reimbursed in two days.
Glad to have no more to do with FLX.

Trusted them in the Babymaker campaign on Indiegogo. After a while I started to understand they had no idea on how the bike's being produced. They had zero quality control. They had zero customer service. They had zero respect for customers outside USA, mainly EU customers.
People who never had or knew e-bikes will find it amazing (if they get it).
People who knows bikes and e-bikes will find it average or even below average bike.

The pandemic affected us all. Let's not make it an eternal excuse for lack of professionalism.

Got a chargeback.
I'm now very happy.

Seit einem Jahr nur vertrösrungen Standart antwort WE Work hard es werden heute noch Bikes Angeboten mit einem möglichen Leitertermin für Juli dies ist jetzt schon absehbar unmöglich zu halten warte heute noch auf mein Bike vom letzten Juli jeden Monat wird es weiter aufgeschoben nicht zu empfehlen.
So Update 9 Monate nach meiner letzten Bewertung immer noch kein Fahrrad mehrmals leere fullfilment Aussagen und 1000 ausreden aber kein Fahrrad jede Wette das ich das bestellte Fahrrad von 2020 Juni definitiv nicht 2021 bekommen werde.
Finger weg von FLX !!!!!!fällt nicht auf die Propaganda rein!
