I feel duped. I was taken care by a very nice gentleman “ John Carter” who consoled me when I brought up my hesitancy in using them. He seemed very helpful and provided me with lots of confirmation numbers and a “direct” phone number to him should I have any hiccups getting my flight refunded etc. Only to discover ...no one ever answers the line..never to be reconnected and out $350.00! Don’t use them. Stay away far away!!!!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Do not book with them! They don't mention any fees verbally, they wait to get you to sign something and then rob you in fees that are more than the actual flight. Preying on the elderly too!

Definitely a scam, do not trust this company. If you have given them your card details, contact your bank/credit card company and have it stopped before they steal your money.

Took all our money and issued no tickets. My whole famliy was due to fly to London retunr to see our relatives in June. Nearly $9,000 all gone. All gone. Hideous, callous frauds

It’s absolutely HORRIBLE what this company has done to people. Leaving thousands and thousands of people out of pocket. I’m down $1200 and that’s just one person.
THIS IS A CRIME.

Has anyone else that have paid for their tickets through Fly365 been contacted by Emirates.... Re: Refund of cancellation fee???
I keep getting emails from them and they want to know everything about my passport and bank account so they can refund the "Cancellation fee???"......I fear that this is a further SCAM

UPDATE: WE JUST GOT ALL OUR FARES REFUNDED....PURCHASED FLIGHTS ON CREDIT CARD, SO WENT TO OUR BANK AND GAVE DETAILS AND THEY SORTED IT ALL OUT....TOOK 3 WEEKS

Its not good what they did to people.

GUYS CONTACT YOUR BANK AND ASK FOR A CHARGE BACK.
I PAID $2449 FOR THE TICKETS TO GO TO DUBAI
TODAY I JUST GOT MY MONEY BACK.

Leaving all passengers or travellers on air without any notice shutting down their websites and no way of contacting them. deserves a 0 star but there s no option.

Absolutely gutted to learn that my booking for my flight to see family in Brazil on the 20th March 2020 was cancelled by Fly365 (a fraud company). I was unaware of this until I checked my itinerary which showed all my flights cancelled and reservation number now is invalid. The airline I was flying with has confirmed that my booking does not exist even when I received a confirmation email after payment.
They have taken my money and there is no way of getting hold of them.

FLY365 went into voluntary liquidation 21 Feb 2020.
Looks like we have all lost our money - paid to them , but they never booked flights with airlines. Hopefully insurance covers this terrible situation,, I have paid over $8000 for tickets on 18 February 2020, and no booking in Singapore airlines. There is no website for them, no support , no way to contact this company now.

I still waiting for fly365 to issue me my E ticket number, according to Malaysia airline I havent bought any ticket, I am sure I paid and bought the ticket from Fly365 on 12 January 2020. Please kindly email me the issue ticket becoz I am flying back to Malaysia in 2 weeks time.

Have purchased British Airlines ticket through fly 365 & part of trip in May 20 has been cancelled without any prior notification. Just read fly 365 hv been declared bankruptcy. I would like to seek advice what are recourse available, with travel agent or airlines

Can someone please help. I have to fly tomorrow from Melbourne to Delhi and I just realised that the booking reference issued by fly365 is not working and this is all a fraud

I booked My ticket 17 September 2019 paid in full by credit card flights Emirates airlines from Melbourne to Athens Greece for my son and daughter in-law honeymoon depart 4 th July 2020 had confirmation from Emirates seats selected frequent flyer number given all confirmed by Emirates . To Just receive a call from Emirates today 5-3-2020 to tell me that my booking has been canceled .and said that fly 365 paid my tickets but then they asked for a refund l think Emirates is covering something up as they are offering the same tickets to me to pay again for a much higher price from what l originally paid. Why would Emirates confirm my flights and then say that they refunded the money back to fly 365 .??? Very deceiving .

I booked my flight in January 2020 to go back in Italy and they never paid Qatar.
There is not any E-booking , no confirmation.
Nothing.
They robbed my money!
Please refound my money.

i have pad $2,600 for ticket of me and my wife travelling overseas they took out money from my account but did not pay to airline on 28 JAN I had book the ticket i was unlucky book from go master to pay later and i lost my money and ruin my holidays plus paying to credit card, call my credit card but they did not reply properly, last hope on them to help me out but the way customer replied was not helpful. there is fraud even the companies have bodies to mange.

I just realised I was a victim of a bankrupt Fky365.com
I had booked the ticket on 16 Nov 2019 from Melbourne to New Delhi to fly out on 7th March. I paid in full.
My good luck today 1st March 2020 when I checked my booking with the airlines and was told it was not a recognised booking reference number. In the end I had to book another ticket directly from the airlines
I wrote to them but I got a reply that they are no longer trading and to contact.. I will have to take them to consumer court.. I strongly recommend all the victims of this bankruptcy to report this to Australian consumer ombudsman.. This was also flashed in 9 news please google more to find out how to get your refunds

I booked with this airline in January 2020, I couldn't get the confirmation for my ticket, when go to airline to check the reference number didn't exist. I have to email them every day after they gave me airline number and the status of my booking was reserved and not confirmed. I emailed them and said I need to book car hire but can't because of the status of my booking. I gave up calling because no one answered those calls. I think because of my persistent emails that I was sending every day my booking was finally confirmed with the airline. Never experienced such service online, this fly365 is dodgy and scammers. But I understand that they're now insolvent. Please let's book our tickets with airline directly to avoid these scammers.

I booked my ticket 4 months ago (emirates) and due to corona I want to cancel or change the departure date, anyone knows what should I do?
