I booked with this company on the 15th feb and the booking was ok with qatar airways I managed to get seat booked too,two days later booking was cancelled by the agent Fly365 and I have no ticket now cancelled the ticket and take the money ,never ever book through agent all thieves and please go through the air line direct ,you will be safe rather than saving few dollars

Complete fraud and scam
I would like to share that fly365 is a fraud company and don't book tickets from them. I recently book tickets from fly365 which is from china southern airlines and due to coronavirus i got to know that my flight was cancelled. I request a refund from Fly365 and they have blocked their website and no longer taking calls. The airlines said we have refunded to Fly365. My request is to everyone don't come in their trap.

Search Fly364 liquidator on insolvency notices
Singapore Airlines already knew about the receivership and have sent an email to the liquidator.
No response from liquidator yet so no instructions from Singapore managers on what to do.
I made it very clear that all refund requests from fly365 be put on hold until further notice.
Nothing more they could do.
Asked me to ring back in 72 hours.

I'm very confused and very unsatisfied, as a made an booking well in advance only to find out after numerous e-mails, requesting to issue my tickets, so that I can book my seat and be reassured all is in order.
Then after only receiving auto reply, that they will attend, I phoned the airline and they said the tickets were cancelled. No correspondence explaining why. No refund. How is this possible. Furthermore I just want to talk to someone from FLY365.com, but can not find a phone number online.
This is frustrating and not good at all.

My cruise was cancelled due to the corona virus so I needed to cancel the flights and hotels in order to claim the cost from my insurance. Unfortunately I booked the flights through Fly365 (never again). I have been trying to cancel the flights for the past week but they still haven't given me any written confirmation that the flights have been cancelled, which I need in order to claim through insurance. it shouldn't be this hard. I had to beg them to send me a contact phone number because I couldn't find one anywhere online. I did eventually speak to a "real" person who was helpful, but still didn't manage to resolve the issue, I am still waiting! I just tried to phone them again but was on hold for so long that I eventually gave up. All I want is confirmation, in writing, that the flights have been cancelled, not that my refund is 0! This has been a terrible customer experience and I will never book with fly365 again.

Customer service virtually non existent, there is no toll free NZ number, you have to call the Australian 1300 number which is quite costly when you have to hold for 40 minutes plus. They suggested to send an email to their "support" email address... 3 day and I am still waiting for their reply. I will not book with FLY365 again.

Completely awful. Paid but no tickets provided. On hold 2 hours to try to speak to someone. Lie about providing tickets within 24 to 48 hours. They don't pass your money to the airline.

Terrible customer service when you send them a message to change date on flight like a quote they almost reply straight away because they know money is involved anything else they leave you waiting will never use them again spent my first time calling them on the emergency number waiting 46 minutes and no answer some of my email ms where never returned.
Cheap flights, great customer service
Cheapest flights of all the websites I looked at. Wonderful customer service experience when I realised I had made an error on my booking. I was nervous having booked with an online website that it might be impossible to make changes but I simply rang the support number for my city listed on the website only had a brief hold and then actually got to speak to a human! He was helpful, friendly and understanding of my error and provided a full refund so I could book the correct flights. Will not hesitate to use fly365 again!

Asked for flight cancellation/change due to coronavirus, want to charge me $600 for "processing" fees (The ticket cost this much). I'd accept this at any other time, but not when there's a world recognised outbreak happening in asia.

It has been over one week since booking but no ticket has been issued and fly365 defers all questions. This morning they wrote to say to wait another 24-48 hours. I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company and have complained to Momondo, who recommended fly365.
In ten years of booking airtickets online I have NEVER experienced such problems.

Basically they are a bunch of liars. I made a booking ( yes they give you a good price, but there is always a catch) and needed to make a change. they said they cant make any changes and they stopped dealing with Etihad airline based on the airline request. I called Etihad and they said this is far from truth. they are trying to avoid charges. Bad business, do not use them!!

I had an original flight with Air China. Due to the risk of the Coronavirus I decided to book another ticket. I found a ticket on Fly365 which I booked - business class to Frankfurt from Melbourne. The next day I was due to fly.
I turned up to the airport for my flight at 00:30 to find that my e-tkt had not been issued by the travel agent as payment had not been made to the airline. The only option was to get in touch with Fly365 who of course were closed. I sent an email to their 24 hour email service and didn't get a timely response, and so had to book a very expensive ticket at the airport from Melbourne to Frankfurt.
Fly365 finally got in touch with me after my flight stating that I needed to confirm the transaction had been made for them to issue the ticket. This email of course came to me after the flight would have taken off, so there was nothing that could have been done in any instance. Instead they claim they sent an email and a text message before the flight departed- none of which I have received, except the email requesting me to confirm the transaction after the original flight I booked with them had taken off.
In addition, the airline informed me that Fly365 had booked me an Economy Full Fare ticket rather than a Business Class ticket.
I'm angry. They left me in the lurch at the airport and as a result I am significantly out of pocket because of them. I am requesting 1000 EUR in damages from them as a result of this incident.
Please do not book with them!!
Please do not book with them! You will regret it!. Pay a little extra and book directly with the airline.They are deceptiv and Liars and need to be fully investigated by government authorities. Good luck if you need a refund or to make changes.
