I love many of your products

I love many of your products. Juve that thee was no shipping fees. There were no crazy surprises at checkout. I sometimes change my mind at that point but you guys let me know up front my charges. No surprise. Can’t wait to get my lunar moon outdoor light.

Poor quality, terrible customer service, False advertisement

Three outdoor pendant lights were purchased and received mid Nov 2025. Lights are scratched, bent, and no instructions were provided how to mount the lights on junction box outside. Flyachilles does not assist, will not approve a return or exchange the damaged light fixtures. Flyachilles can not assist beyond 45 days of receipt. Do NOT buy any products from Flyachilles. Poor quality, terrible customer service. Luz and Paul

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.

We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. All Flyachilles outdoor pendant lights are inspected before shipment and securely packaged. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur in transit. In such cases, we always encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with replacements or solutions.

Regarding installation instructions, our outdoor pendant lights are standard hardwired fixtures designed to be installed by a licensed electrician, and installation guidance is available upon request. We regret if this was not clearly communicated in your case.

Our return and after-sales policy does require that any damage or issues be reported within 45 days of delivery so we can properly verify and assist. Unfortunately, requests submitted beyond this timeframe fall outside our policy coverage, which limits what we can authorize.

That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have reached out via email to better understand your situation and explore whether any goodwill solution may still be possible.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Pros and Cons

Pros: I love your styles and selection choices. Website is easy to navigate.
Cons: I tried to buy an 8 pack but the discount for 3 or more items would not apply, so I had to buy a 4 pack, 2 pack, and a single to get the number of lights necessary while also getting the discount to apply. Also, standard shipping time is extremely long and expedited shipping is cost prohibitive.

As this was a purchase of over $250

As this was a purchase of over $250, I had a few questions I wanted answered before I invested. It was Christmas Eve, so I anticipated a wait - but to my pleasant surprise I received an answer, and it was not just a yes or no answer. The answer delved into what I asked and more, so I felt very confident in ordering. I ordered on Christmas Day and received confirmations of my order. The system they have leads me to believe I will be enjoying my item soon and I will be writing another review.

This is an company with mixed


This is an company with mixed performance, in my case they lured me to accept a lousy "compensation" of $50 for a faulty pair of lights, which I bought for more than $140, and later told me that they process the refund based on my answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

To clarify for transparency: after you reported the issue, our support team offered a $50 partial compensation as one possible solution, which you initially accepted. As explained in our follow-up, a full refund requires the item to be returned, in accordance with our warranty and return policy, so our team proceeded based on the option you confirmed at the time.

We never intend to mislead customers, and we regret if any part of the communication felt unclear. If you would still like to return the product for a full refund or discuss another resolution, our support team is happy to assist further.

Best purchase ever!!!

If you’re on the fence about buying this light
. DO IT!!! It’s absolutely amazing!!! I thought for sure the pics in the reviews just had to be photoshopped. Let me tell you
 they are 100% genuine, the colors REALLY are that awesome. When I first plugged it in, I stood there for about 10 mins saying “wow
 wow
 just wow!” Then my neighbors joined me outside and we all stood there for about 20 more mins just mesmerized by this thing. The colors are so bright and vivid. The light bounces off the branches and creates the coolest mix of colors. My mom was so impressed by my pics, she bought 2 for herself the same day haha. Seriously
 it is AWEEEEESOME!!! You won’t be disappointed. I have the best Xmas display on the block now! Customer service is also great, quick to respond, friendly and can solve any issues you might have. I wish I could submit a pic but I don’t see a spot to do that on this review.

Navigating the website was simple. Some sites it's hard to find what you're looking for. Only negative is that I would have to buy more items to get a discount but oh well, I get it.

The ordering process was easy

The ordering process was easy and the product arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I was kept informed regarding the status of the order, including progress through shipping and delivery. The product arrived intact. The only problem I have has nothing to do with the company or the product. I need larger pendants, and these are smaller than I expected.
