I used Flyway Meet & Greet Parking through I Park Gatwick and had one of the worst experiences Iâve ever had with airport parking.
After landing at Gatwick, I called Flyway to return my car and was told it would arrive within 30 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes with no car, I called again and was suddenly told my tyre was flat. What makes this suspicious is that all 4 tyres on my car had been replaced with brand new tyres only one week before.
They claimed they tried contacting me, but I received absolutely no missed calls, voicemails or emails.
I then had to arrange my own transport late at night to their off-site car park. When I finally found my car, all windows had been left open and the tyre valve cap was lying on the floor. The place was dark and unsafe so I had to leave the car there and pay for an Uber home.
The next morning I returned and discovered a large cut in the sidewall of the tyre, with air rapidly leaking out. There is no possibility this damage existed before I handed over the vehicle because I drove 1.5 hours to the airport without issues and also have video evidence showing the car was in excellent condition before drop-off.
The condition of the car park itself was shocking:
Cars with windows left open
Broken windows on some vehicles
Open fuel flaps
Multiple cars with flat tyres
Deep puddles everywhere
One unattended car left running
It honestly looked like complete negligence and chaos.
Communication was terrible, most staff struggled to speak English, and despite waiting over 2 hours, no manager ever arrived to speak with me.
I strongly advise people to avoid using this company.

Had to call 28 times to finally get an answer and they almost made me late to my flight. Upon return, I had to call several times again to get someone to answer, then had to call back 45 minutes later to he told the driver is 6 minutes away. About 20 minutes later, I get a call saying my car battery is dead. It is almost midnight and I have 4 young kids I need to get home and can't because of the incompetence of this company. Avoid at all costs.

They then call on withheld number to say car is on different level leaving your key on windscreen with an exit ticket. When you exit you are then liable to pay £270. The car transporters spend all day moving the cars around the carpark when people arrive. They steal anything they can find from your car.

We arrived at car park 6 level 5, only 1 man working⊠told us to go to floor 6 he then asked for 10.00 cash, asked him for a receipt and said it was all online/.. we then arrived, called and went straight to voicemail, eventually got through as was told car would be 44 mins.. this was at 1.05am.. we went to the right level, after at least 8 calls asking where my car was they eventually delivered at floor 3 and didnât tell me⊠that was at 3.54am. Nearly 3 hours!!! My car stunk of cigarettes and ash all over the carpetâŠ. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Donât book as also a furthe 16.00 to pay!!!!

This company runs scams on customers, on the 11/05/2026, I had to wait 30 min for them to collect my car, almost lost my flight, and on the 18/05/2026, drop off time was at 23h45, they showed up at 2h15 am, I had to send my wife and my toddler home by UBER whilst I waited for the car to be delivered, and just like the hundreds of customers that complain, the left the car at level 3, knowing very well that I was waiting at level 5 to collect it, and then called me from an unknown number to say that they dropped the car at level 3 and that the key was on behind the wheel. This needs to stop...Absolutely outrageous!

I am reaching out on here as not only did I have a terrible experience with this company, but I can only imagine the people who have lost there keys feel. Now for how they think retuning my car with 0 miles in the tank, not even 1 - adding 1600 miles to my mileage - denting and scratching all the back of the car - and leaving it some where god knows where - to allow it retuned so filthy!
Not only that, letting us wait over 1.5 hours upon landing to be retuned the car and being told numerous amount of times itâs pulling into the terminal, itâs 5 minutes away.
A joke to say the least, please avoid.

This is a con site, they clearly have a field and a few drivers and they hide behind multiple identities, iPark, Exec Parking, Fly Away Parking...to name a few - all of them have a contact number ending in 088.
They turned up late for the collection and last night told us 30/45 mins - ok .....2 hours and 15 later they turned up, on the wrong floor and blamed us. They stopped answering phone calls and there were multiple customers in exactly the same or worse circumstances

I have never experienced such a shambles on any meet and Greet they are not a legitimate company just a guy with a mobile, a field and aggressive non communicative drivers !
At the drop off they were late to pick up, had to pay the parking and very rude. but that was nothing compared to the pick up. Sensing how poor they were I called 45 minutes before we arrive at the car park there was a queue of 5 couples all waiting for their cars. The first were waiting over 2 hours before we even arrived and they had a child in a buggy ! Despite numerous calls from all of us we all waited, they lied about traffic, flat batteries and were very rude, We waited 1.5 hours for our car which arrived finally with an aggressive rude driver
The price isn't as advertised as you pay the parking car charges. Please avoid them they are a total shambles !!!

We booked with them and they did not live up to the service they state on their advertising. We arrived at Gatwick after telling them 30 minutes before we were on our way and someone turned up 40 minutes after we had arrived. Then when we returned to Gatwick we called them on landing as asked to do and we are waiting where we are supposed to and over an hour later we are still waiting for someone to deliver our car, This company do not do what say they are going to do.

Rang 30 mins before arrival to confirm, told to go to parking 6 level 5 . There was no kiosk to hand the key in as you'd expect, rung 3 times for the driver to collect my keys , waiting 55 min ,then a guy turned up, he couldn't hardly speak English and looked like he had been sleeping rough that week , NO receipt for key and had to pay £22 for parking because of his delays in collecting the car , this is not how it works .
