Awful experience - if you have a car you care about don't use them
Awful experience so far. We collected our car after a two week booking, including a valet, and the windscreen was cracked.
This was not there when I dropped off the car and the cameras confirm this. The staff were really helpful and said that the company would sort it as clearly it wasn't our fault.
Well - this has not been the case at all. I have an X5 which needs a special windscreen and I have had no help from this company at all.
Truly shocking and we will never use them again. I am currently without a car to drive. No response from Gatwick parking and having to spend nearly £1k to get my windscreen replaced.
Awful customer care.
If you have a 'luxury' car - do not use this company - might be ok for a car you don't care about

The parking was good but a few quid stolen, not good!
The parking was good and very convenient, however, I had a car clean as well, and I always leave a few coins in the central cup holder and these had disappeared when the car was returned which was really disappointing.

Poor signage to find the valet parkingâŠ
The signage to find the valet parking is virtually non existant. Had problems droppiing off - went through the drop off and had to pay for that, and on return could not find it - I did return at night. There is no sign from the airport building exit - strangely there is for Uber pickup but none for Valet parking. Never again. Staff unsympathetic and rude.

Short Stay Premium Parking at Gatwick
The Short Stay Parking at Gatwick is so convenient and the Premier Parking is even better. Youâre on the same level as security check-in in the North Terminal.
