Great service easy to use and made the airport experience a little bit more enjoyable, thank you!

Used the valet parking for a week and unfortunately left a non activated card with them for access to the car. My car blocked their system for a day as they couldn't move my car until I read their email on arrival at my destination and I could give them access remotely. Thank you to the parking team for dealing with this so brilliantly. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you guys

Great customer service and so easy and convenient to book

I received an updated offer, which was competitive with other offers, and much more convenient. Rather than having to press for a ticket at the entry gate, the car and my name was acknowledged and I drove straight in. The same was true when I came to exit a couple of days later. A very smooth operation, and one I'd certainly recommend.

Found out from the previous year the exact location and where to park for our individual benefit.As my wife has limited mobility it was ideally located.Booking is simple and is worth the slightly higher payment that i have paid in the past to be dropped with a substantial walk to the departures hall

Very good works out cheaper than taxis

Used the valet parked at the South Terminal. It worked efficiently both at drop off and pick up.

I was away for 5 days leaving at 7.30 am and returning at 10.30 pm. I didn’t want to be waiting around for a shuttle bus or walking to a car park after a long day so I chose Valet Parking. It was easy, dropped the car off, got my flight, returned 5 days later and there it was, just a couple of minutes from the terminal. Definitely worth it

Flight on the way back to Gatwick was five hours late there was no issues getting my car out great service

Always easy to book and always great service

I left my car for a week in Gatwick Airport Valet Parking. After returning to the UK at 3.30 in the morning I went to collect my car. The ticket I had been given was unclear as to the correct pick up point and it was difficult to see if it was carpark 5 or 6. We incorrectly went to carpark 5 so by the time we got to the correct place it was nearly 4.00 in the morning. We were very tired and had a drive of over an hour to get home. The carpark attendant gave me my keys and we got in the car anxious to get home. He did not tell me to check my car over.
The next day I noticed that the car had been damaged on the driver side wing - it looks like it has been scraped on a bollard.
I contacted them about the issue - they have clearly looked at all the photos taken on entry to the carpark and seen no damage, but because I didn't report it that morning they are refusing to take responsibility. They have ignored my emails and only responded when I phoned them.
I will not use this service again and would warn other potential customers to avoid them as they clearly have no customer service or due regard to rectifying damage they have caused. A very expensive carpark indeed.

Booking was really easy & reasonably priced to park at Summer Holiday Parking. Shuttle bus took 10 minutes to the airport. Would definitely book again
