i was miss sold a ticket for a value that was not agreed on the phone with the agent, they agreed the price with me after me confirming multiple times and station the value and once i had made the payment i got an email confirmation saying i ha only paid holding deposit and 1000+ still left to pay, this was not once even spoken about on the call with the agent, they did not mention the value they state i need to pay and disregarded providing me a copy of the recording as i had guaranteed this was not discussed. I requested a refund and they would not provide me saying its a flexible ticket and instead are making me pay more in order to keep the fare and change from direct to a stopping flight . There agent has lied and left out without mentioning anything to do with what i was paying was ONLY a holing deposit until i had made the payment despite me confirming the actual value on the phone to the agent numerous times

Dirty and dishonest tactic, they will agreeing with you on the price on the phone,then they will ask you to confirm the booking with Email, one the email there is massive extra charge, even though you are on the phone and agreeing with price, then send you payment link with the same price as you agreed, few hours later, YOU WILL RECEIVE NEW EMAIL WHICH THEY ASKING YOU FOR THAT MASSIVE EXTRA MONEY YOU HAD CLUE, if you are fallen to the trap, please report them to the Fraud department, also to your bank.

James Parker truly listened to me as a Mom trying to fly with my daughter and get seats together! He was very patient as I have hearing loss. He was thorough and kind. This man needs a raise!

Scammers. They will take your money for "cheap" flight. Then change price double the fare in my case, and say was deposit, yea right..
total fare means total fare cost in real life.
Now awaiting my money back still from chargeback

What a scam! like all the other reviews. I was scammed by these people with fake names guy called himself victor. I have lost 1500. Stay away

This company is a scam. We bought family flight tickets £3,596 and we paid in full. Then we got an email saying that was just deposit, unhappy with scrupulous act, we told them we would like to discontinue with the purchase, they only refunded £970. The address they gave on their site is not true. Each time they answer your, they mention different companies, Flycation, flight2australia, to name a few. Don't agree with any email because the moment you do that, the bank would not be able to get your money back. REMEMBER THEIR TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. I do not know why these people are still in business because the reviews are bad and the way they're duping people of their money is appalling.

We originally purchased flight tickets for three people to China on the website bookforyou.co.uk on 08/02/2026 for nearly £3000 but the payment wasn't taken. The booking confirmation email said "Your booking is under process of Airline confirmation. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Our Sales team will contact you". We waited to hear from them, but still hadn't heard anything by 13/02/2026 so we decided to call them on that day to check on progress with the booking. We spoke to someone called Nelson who told us that they had been tried many times to contact us since 08/02/2026, but we had no missed calls or emails whatsover since the original booking confirmation email so that seemed unusual. Nelson said the payment hadn't gone through and so we paid the balance with Apple Pay using a link Nelson sent to our email. A while after Nelson said they had received the payment but because of the delay in us contacting them (even though the booking confirmation email clearly said they would contact us!) the cost of the flights had gone up and we would therefore have to pay an additional £1700 to secure the tickets and the initial payment was then reclassified by them as a non-refundable deposit. We were not willing to pay this extra money as we thought we could get cheaper tickets elsewhere, but since the "deposit" was non-refundable (which sounds completely unreasonable for such a large amount of money!) we are now left with nothing and we are in the process of fighting to get our money back! Stay well away from this company as they are very cunning scammers! We would rate them 0 if we had the option!

I never know this company before until i booked my flight to China via Bookforyou ( bookforyou.co.uk) website on 8 Feb 2026 and then they sent us an email confirmed the total air fare for 3 of us for £2622.42; at about 14:00pm on 13 Feb after they took this payment and then within hours phoned up said the air fair increased, we must pay an additional of £1700 to secure our booking; while on the phone talking to us the same time they sent the email that changed our initial payment for the air fare into strictly not refund deposit and pressurized us to pay the balance on the same day, if we don't pay then we will lose all that we have just paid and won't receive any tickets either... and then we saw "flycations.co.uk" appeared on my credit card statement and the pending payment disappeared at about 19:00pm already, which meant they took the money within few hours and second day continuedly sent reminders to demand of £1700. We refused and ignored them and reported to action fraud and our credit card company and prepare to bring it to Ombudsman at the moment. From the email they sent us and we found out from Bookforyou, (bookforyou.co.uk) they Cc: to (book-2travel.co.uk), (galaxyflights.co.uk), (galaxyflights.co.uk) that showed that they are all the same scammers together to deceive the customers. Please beware and never touch! We are still fight for our refund at the moment as we paid £2622.42 and received nothing, very stressful! I

Scammers, like all previous reviews. Initial offered a cheap fare then later claimed it to be the deposit. Asking twice the quoted price. no refund but vouchers for half the amount paid. Stay away.
