Everything about my order was great until the actual delivery. I never actually received it. I believe it was a UPS issue but not positive and either way I did not receive. They are supposed to leave packages inside the front door which I don’t think they did. I received info that the package was delivered but when I returned nothing was there

They should disclose clearly what your purchasing, I've purchased four tapes, two a while ago that came without the juice chamber and recently two foggers that arrived with no way to charge them, that of coarse is another twenty dollars, I would not have made the purchase if had known this. They offered no real help or apology, just a lie that it was disclosed on the site, I went back and looked and it's not. I won't purchase from them ever again.

My order is perfect, I received my package and a timely fashion.

I purchased 5 dojo imax caps which need a “hub” to charge them so they can be used. That “hub” charger is not included in the purchase but is not explained when purchasing the pods.
I just spent the last 2 days emailing the company. Emails from “Luna” show that she does not understand what I’m asking about.
This is the first and the last time I will order from this site. I am now stuck with 5 pods and no way to use them.
Wasted time and money!

They charged me and gave 9 packages when ordered 9 boxes and when got it messed them and was told I was confused by add for ordering and I got what I ordered and no mistake on what I ordered 2 count 10 packs per box 9 box’s have pics of order and add and shipping documents all say same so no response or response or refund nothing so bad review

I have always received my packages and it includes all of my purchases.
