Flew LGW-BKK and return. Booked on the premium seats, which I would highly recommend great seats and plenty of leg room, all drinks included and you can order through the screen which was great, head phones, pillow and blanket given all included. Food wasnât brilliant but overall ok I would just take plenty of snacks or you can order and pay from their hot food menu. Also on premium you have a good hand luggage allowance. No delays and overall a good flight would definitely book again on premium again for long haul
Rude, unhelpful staff, loads of hidden extras
Very disappointing airline â do not book.
We flew on a 7.5-hour flight from Orlando to Gatwick, and the overall experience was extremely poor. The staff were unhelpful, cold, and at times came across as quite rude.
Onboard service was extremely limited â even basic items werenât included. You have to pay for headphones to access entertainment, and meals arenât provided. Shockingly, we werenât even offered a glass of water during the flight, which is unacceptable on a long-haul journey.
Staff acted as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
The only positive was that the flight departed on time.

Gatwick to Orlando return 3rd/9th April 2026. Overall great experience. As long as you prepare with bringing your own headphones, food and water or are aware of the costs if you choose to buy through the airline.
Excellent service, no delays, legroom pretty good for a 6ft man, check in line moved steadily.
My only cons were: on the way there my seat had a lump in my back, made worse by the guy behind packing his netting full of bottles and whatever else. Also for me arm room was a bit sparse.
Overall decent experience - as with any long haul economy, just stick it out for 7-10 hours and look forward to getting there.

Great all round service, checking in at LGW and BKK on return were both faultless, quick and friendly. On board service was also faultless. Very polite, helpful staff from the minute we boarded. Regular drink runs throughout the 13 hour flight and good food service. We flew Premium both ways and the extra is definitely worth it. My husband is 6ft 3â, the seat and legroom was the best. Drinks can be ordered via your screen and arrive quickly with a smile.
The smallest of criticisms is it would be nice if you could track your flight to see what country you are flying over, but it certainly doesn't spoil your flight!
Thank you Norse and your fab crew. Would definitely use again.

If youâre thinking about booking with Norse, donâtâunless you enjoy frustration, dead ends, and being completely abandoned the moment something goes wrong.
Their so-called âcustomer serviceâ is an absolute joke. Itâs nothing more than a painfully limited chatbot that seems specifically designed to avoid helping you. It loops through the same useless responses, ignores context, and offers zero real solutions. Thereâs no clear way to reach a human being, and if by some miracle you do get a reply, itâs cold, generic, and completely unhelpfulâlike they barely even read your issue.
Youâre left stranded with problems that never get resolved, questions that go unanswered, and no accountability whatsoever. It genuinely feels like once theyâve taken your money, you cease to exist.
Booking with Norse isnât just riskyâitâs borderline reckless. Youâre not buying a service, youâre buying a ticket into a black hole of support where the only thing you have to rely on is blind hope.
Good luck if youâve already booked⊠youâre going to need more than that.

Their website doesn't work. You choose an outbound flight and then you cannot book the return because it doesn't recognize that you have chosen an outbound flight. No CONTACT US page. No way to book a flight and no way to let them know. TERRIBLE experience

I must say I was very disappointed with this airline. This was my first time flying with Norse and Iâve booked a trip with three other females to New York. We paid for bulkhead seats and we were told a week before we were due to go that our aircraft had been changed so we believed that we would still be in bolt head seats at it would be a light for like a pump going onto the aircraft we was put further back in the economy cabins which I pacifically booked the bulkhead seats as I suffer with irritable leg syndrome. We was told at the airport that we would be refunded for the Seats however this is not the case I have since been back and gone through the process of trying to claim back a refund and I had an email this morning to say a refund will not be issued and this can sometimes happen on flights. There is no guarantee my argument with this as we were met by a gentleman on the flight who had not booked bulkhead seats, but he was automatically put in a bulkhead seat which there possibly was others as well. I have flown many airlines but I have to say this one Iâm very disappointed with and I will not be flying with them again. I now have to explain to my party that they will not be getting a refund which is very poor customer service.

For vår del dreier deg seg om nÊrmere 20 000 kroner, med utlegg for hotell og alt som er. Jeg har levert inn skjema og klage slik man skal, i midten av januar. Siden har jeg ikke hÞrt et ord fra dem. De er umulig å få tak i; det eneste de har er en AI-chatbot som ikke kan hjelpe, men som kan sette deg i kontakt med et menneske. De skal da kontakte deg på mail, og denne mailen har jeg nå ventet 4 uker på. Totalt har denne saken tatt 12 uker, som er uhÞrt lang behandlingstid. Så dårlig kundeservice skal man lete lenge etter. Kommer ikke til å reise med Norse igjen.

Weâve done exactly that. Weâve only received part payment so far, but the case is now in the hands of the court. If the airline doesnât pay the full compensation owed, enforcement action (including bailiffs) will follow.
Itâs the only way weâve seen real progress.

Disgusting and disgraceful. My daughter arrived yesterday from Bangkok. She is a British Passport holder. Apart from the long 9 hours flight she was refused a meal in board although included in the price. While all the passengers were served a meal my young daughter was told we donât have enough meals for everyone so you will not be served.Please investigate this miserable situation and sack this trash who works as a flight attendant. She was served a meal after one hour.

If I could I would give this company no stars at all. They cancelled my confirmed international return flight with no additional options and wonât give me a refund somehow. I say âsomehowâ because they have this cute system where you canât talk to anyone on the phone, you canât even communicate through email. The only recourse is to talk with an AI chat bot. Men forferdelig trange og ubehagelige seter hvor det for en vanlig person ikke er mulig å bevege seg i det heletatt i setet og når de i rekken forran rekliner setet er det ikke mulig å reise seg uten å leke akrobat pluss att man ikke får sett noe på skjermen fordi vinkelen blir helt feil.
Skal aldri fly Norse atlantic airlines igjen med Þkonomiklasse. Dette var en grusom opplevelse som ikke anbefalles noen.
Flight cancellation
I bought 2 return tickets for the USA on 25 January 2026 but they started rescheduling our return flight. Although that was inconvenient, we accepted to return 2 days earlier. And last week when I asked about outbund flight (FromAthens-Greece to New York) I learned the flight had been cncelled. They offered to reschedule our outbound flight to New York on25 april and retun 4 or 5 May. I selected 5 May but keeping costs and conditions theame or a full refund and a compensasion for missed interviews I had booked. I have had no answer since April. 7.

Avoid at all costs
One star is too generous, we had the mis-fortune of using the Airline last August when we had planned a trip to NY. Our flight was delayed by 22hrs, there are no ground crew to assist and there was a complete lack of information. We started the compensation claim which took 8 months and we were eventually compensated but only after lodging a claim through the court. Our compensation was paid to our account on the last day before Enforcement Agents were instructed to attend their premises to remove goods. This is a long drawn out process and the only way you will get your money back is via the small claims court. I would recommend that you pay the extra and fly with a more reputable Airline as Norse lost us a day of our holiday. Avoid at all costs
My 19 year old son booked his firstâŠ
My 19 year old son booked his first American holiday with his girlfriend and of course the cost was important in his decision to book with Norse.
Fast forward and Norse tell him that his return flight âhas been disruptedâ they offer him a flight 2 days later. We assume that having given him 2 weeks notice there is no compensation. It isnât actually clear reading their information.
He had bought his actual seats for outbound and return.
His new return flight did not include his seats.
There is a statement that âIf you change your flight that your seats will not be transferredâ
He did not voluntarily change his flight.
Poor guy has a £250 increase for new seats and accommodation. I havenât dared tell him about the likelihood of delays etc.
Poor communication terrible airline
Booked on a flight out of Manchester on 19 Dec 25 to meet up with P + O cruise ship Arvia in Barbados. Scheduled departure time 1155hrs actual departure time 1655hrs. They knew 3 days before this flight was going to be delayed so why not tell us. Missed an evening in Barbados because of it.
Coming back scheduled to leave Barbados at 1910 hrs on 2nd Jan 2026, actually departed 2240 hrs, so delayed both ways.
I know I am entitled to compensation under European law and have been trying to get some form of response from Norse, received one e mail saying customer support will contact me but nothing.
P + O were about as much help as a chocolate fire guard.
My advice to anybody thinking of flying
with Norse is, don't fly with someone else!
Good standard Airline
I read reviews on here and was so worried about our flights but I need not have, it was absolutely good and no different to everything on a Tui flight. It was a dreamliner, same as many other airlines and the legroom and comfort was just the same as other flights. The crew were professional and pleasant and the food was ok, not fantastic but standard flight meals. I must admit it was a charter flight (booked by P&O for a cruise ). Their earphones are rubbish so to hear their movies i would recommend bringing your own wired ones with a 3.5 jack. The movie choices were poor, not as good as other airlines but some were new releases and they were ok. The flights were on time and we checked in at Manchester with very little queue time. I would defo fly with them again.

Her fik vi ikke tilbudt mad/drikke en eneste gang. Det hele kostede. Det kan godt vÊre det er sÃ¥dan det normalt er, men det har jeg i hvert fald aldrig prÞvet fÞr og jeg har efterhÃ¥nden flÞjet langt 6-7 gange nu. Havde forventet der i det mindste var gratis vand nÃ¥r det var en 12 timers flyvetur ð
