They delayed our flight for 10 hours and then they barely apologized. Horrible experience.

Provano a rubarti soldi a ogni pulsante, a ogni optione (gia selezionate), pure con il rimborso provano a darti solo una parte dei soldi (pocco piu di metà).
Non mi fidavo piu di tanto, gia da quando ho visto che mi hanno aggiunto 68€ cosi, e da quando mi hanno chiesto se voglio valigia a un prezzo "economico" ma li meteva in automatico per tutti i passeggeri e se provavi a aggiungerlo dopo costava 30% in piu, o le assicurazioni, o i posti gratuiti, che sono tutt'altro che gratuiti (30 per passeggero per volo)

Il sito non e proiettato per essere facile da utilizzare, ma e stato proiettato 100% per farti sbagliare e farti pagare cose in piu.

Compagnia talmente scadente che a confronto wizzAir sembra Emirates.
Ci hanno annullato il volo due settimane prima della partenza, proponendone uno due giorni dopo in un aeroporto diverso. La procedura per prenotare è pensata per spillarti i soldi. La grafica del sito sembra fatta da uno studente delle superiori.

They seemed very disorganised about passenger checking and came to do another check while we were already in the cabin. Awful.

Stay away from this "company".
Sold the tickets, then canceled the flights without reason. No customer support. No emails. Phone number does not work. Message through website does not work.
After the original flight dates, they send an offer for a credit plus 20% to book again flights with their company! What a joke! I am suing them btw.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! If possible try to book any other airline. This one seems to be a scam. Not only do their flights get canceled frequently only a few days (in my experience) before the flight, without a refund option available. And when you try to get the refund because it seems unfair, the customer support online messenger doesn’t work, and their customer support telephone just never is answered. But, when you do decide to try again with them, a few years later, their online check in does not work despite the multiple attempts and tells you that you will have to check in at the airport. Except that all airport checking are paid, and the cost IS MORE THAN THE TICKET.

My experience with FLYONE has been disappointing. The flight was significantly delayed, and the process of obtaining compensation has taken longer than expected. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing all the required documents, the matter has not yet been resolved.
I hope the company will improve its response times and handling of customer inquiries in the future.

Actually i think it is Something related to Moldova the workers in istanbul airport are mostly rude and they do not provide true information about the flights they are forcing passengers to book two way flights and pay extra for baggage, no matter how much you pay the service from start to end is awful, no communication number they do not answer to any emails
I really want to avoid this kind experience again, i hope you read this before you travel with them

Компания производит впечатление перевозчика, для которого пассажир — это просто источник дохода, а не человек с планами, обязательствами и временем.
Рейс был отменён заранее, но при этом мне не предложили ни одной альтернативы. Такое ощущение, что после получения денег компания перестаёт интересоваться дальнейшей судьбой клиента.
Если вы цените предсказуемость и уважительное отношение, выбирайте другую авиакомпанию.

That’s a shame Trustpilot hasn’t got a 0 stars, probably that one would say everything about this joke(company) cancelling your flight when you are on your way to airport already and rescheduling it after 3 days without asking , guving you some stupid explanation, not that they are selling more tickets, but they had changed the aircraft for a smaller one ….avoid flying with them, even you need to pay a bit extra but probably you won’t have your plans ruined…..

Flight got cancelled, refund is not working.

I booked a flight with FlyOne Asia on the Baku (GYD) → Tashkent (TAS) route, which is a key leg of a longer international trip. Without any prior warning, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been automatically cancelled by the airline. No phone call, no advance notice, no alternative offered — just a cancellation out of nowhere.

"My booking was cancelled automatically. I did not request it. I received no explanation in advance, and no solution was offered proactively."

Very disappointing experience with FlyOne.

After purchasing two seats on the same booking, the airline later demanded an additional fee to allow my infant to travel. I requested either a simple administrative correction or a refund shortly after the purchase, but both were refused.

Customer support kept sending general links to fare rules instead of addressing the actual issue. No clear contractual explanation was provided for the extra charge.

Passengers should be very careful when booking, as unexpected additional costs may be requested after payment and reasonable solutions may not be offered.

Trying to change my flight for the last 5 hours and the website is not working, then it show me the full price i have to pay plus 60 euro without considering already my ticket, it is cheaper to buy actually another ticket lol , garbage.

Terrible service, the webpages were down all the time, with error 403 showing up constantly. Once at the airport they demanded i payed an additional 16000 dram to check in, check in can be done 7 days prior for free on a web page that never works. The workers were incredibly rude. Definitely wont be flying with them again.

First time I have ever heard and came across this airline on a skyscanner search. Their website interface is even worse, trickier and more misleading than their 1r1sh counterpart, the mother of all tr1ckst3r low fare airlines. In the first 3 steps of the booking process they promise you a very attractive fare, in step two you realise that you have no choice but to "upgrade" in order to have even the smallest carry on bag, then in the next step they wack an admin fee €45, then the proverbial kids penalty, a 'choice' of €65 - €27 per standard seat, in the following one a cr. card transaction fee, plus many other 'offers', pit holes, tricks and traps. Horrible experience,feels like being a gulible naive tourist being systematically scammed by swindlers in a back street sunday mart

Flyone has one of the worst websites for purchasing flight tickets. Besides the exaggerated prices, the platform is very difficult to navigate. There are always hidden costs that are hard to find or unselect, which makes the entire booking process frustrating. Every time it’s a headache to purchase a ticket with them. And that’s without even mentioning the frequent flight delays.

Aspetto da mesi (gennaio/febbraio) il rimborso per un volo annullato che non è mai arrivato. Inoltre, applicano politiche di "name change" estorsive: per un semplice errore di battitura (una singola lettera mancante) durante l'acquisto da mobile, richiedono 70€. È evidente che il loro modello di business si basi sulle penali e non sul servizio. Se potete, scegliete alternative. Un incubo burocratico e operativo.

FlyOne nu este o companie aeriană, este o loterie pe banii voștri. Zboruri întârziate constant, anulate sau amânate fără explicații. Aștept din ianuarie/februarie rambursarea pentru un zbor anulat și nu am primit nimic până acum. Mai mult, practică politici de extorsiune: pentru o singură literă omisă din nume la achiziția de pe mobil, cer o taxă de 70€. Este clar că profitul lor vine din penalități, nu din transportul pasagerilor. Evitați cu orice preț dacă nu vreți să vă pierdeți banii și nervii.

Более того, они занимаются вымогательством: за исправление одной опечатки в имени (одна буква) при бронировании через мобильное приложение требуют 70 евро. Очевидно, что их бизнес-модель строится на штрафах, а не на сервисе. Худший опыт, обходите стороной.

FlyOne is a nightmare. Flights are consistently delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled. I have been waiting since January/February for a refund on a cancelled flight that never arrived. To top it off, they employ extortionate fees for minor typos: they are demanding €70 to fix a single missing letter in my name caused by a mobile interface glitch. Their business model clearly prioritizes predatory penalties over actual transportation. If you value your time and money, stay away.
