Non mi fidavo piu di tanto, gia da quando ho visto che mi hanno aggiunto 68⬠cosi, e da quando mi hanno chiesto se voglio valigia a un prezzo "economico" ma li meteva in automatico per tutti i passeggeri e se provavi a aggiungerlo dopo costava 30% in piu, o le assicurazioni, o i posti gratuiti, che sono tutt'altro che gratuiti (30 per passeggero per volo)
Il sito non e proiettato per essere facile da utilizzare, ma e stato proiettato 100% per farti sbagliare e farti pagare cose in piu.

Sold the tickets, then canceled the flights without reason. No customer support. No emails. Phone number does not work. Message through website does not work.
After the original flight dates, they send an offer for a credit plus 20% to book again flights with their company! What a joke! I am suing them btw.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! If possible try to book any other airline. This one seems to be a scam. Not only do their flights get canceled frequently only a few days (in my experience) before the flight, without a refund option available. And when you try to get the refund because it seems unfair, the customer support online messenger doesnât work, and their customer support telephone just never is answered. But, when you do decide to try again with them, a few years later, their online check in does not work despite the multiple attempts and tells you that you will have to check in at the airport. Except that all airport checking are paid, and the cost IS MORE THAN THE TICKET.
Disapionted
My experience with FLYONE has been disappointing. The flight was significantly delayed, and the process of obtaining compensation has taken longer than expected. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing all the required documents, the matter has not yet been resolved.
I hope the company will improve its response times and handling of customer inquiries in the future.

Actually i think it is Something related to Moldova the workers in istanbul airport are mostly rude and they do not provide true information about the flights they are forcing passengers to book two way flights and pay extra for baggage, no matter how much you pay the service from start to end is awful, no communication number they do not answer to any emails
I really want to avoid this kind experience again, i hope you read this before you travel with them

Thatâs a shame Trustpilot hasnât got a 0 stars, probably that one would say everything about this joke(company) cancelling your flight when you are on your way to airport already and rescheduling it after 3 days without asking , guving you some stupid explanation, not that they are selling more tickets, but they had changed the aircraft for a smaller one âŠ.avoid flying with them, even you need to pay a bit extra but probably you wonât have your plans ruinedâŠ..

I booked a flight with FlyOne Asia on the Baku (GYD) â Tashkent (TAS) route, which is a key leg of a longer international trip. Without any prior warning, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been automatically cancelled by the airline. No phone call, no advance notice, no alternative offered â just a cancellation out of nowhere.
"My booking was cancelled automatically. I did not request it. I received no explanation in advance, and no solution was offered proactively."
Refused refund and demanded extra charge after booking
Very disappointing experience with FlyOne.
After purchasing two seats on the same booking, the airline later demanded an additional fee to allow my infant to travel. I requested either a simple administrative correction or a refund shortly after the purchase, but both were refused.
Customer support kept sending general links to fare rules instead of addressing the actual issue. No clear contractual explanation was provided for the extra charge.
Passengers should be very careful when booking, as unexpected additional costs may be requested after payment and reasonable solutions may not be offered.

Trying to change my flight for the last 5 hours and the website is not working, then it show me the full price i have to pay plus 60 euro without considering already my ticket, it is cheaper to buy actually another ticket lol , garbage.
Terrible service
Terrible service, the webpages were down all the time, with error 403 showing up constantly. Once at the airport they demanded i payed an additional 16000 dram to check in, check in can be done 7 days prior for free on a web page that never works. The workers were incredibly rude. Definitely wont be flying with them again.

First time I have ever heard and came across this airline on a skyscanner search. Their website interface is even worse, trickier and more misleading than their 1r1sh counterpart, the mother of all tr1ckst3r low fare airlines. In the first 3 steps of the booking process they promise you a very attractive fare, in step two you realise that you have no choice but to "upgrade" in order to have even the smallest carry on bag, then in the next step they wack an admin fee â¬45, then the proverbial kids penalty, a 'choice' of â¬65 - â¬27 per standard seat, in the following one a cr. card transaction fee, plus many other 'offers', pit holes, tricks and traps. FlyOne is a nightmare. Flights are consistently delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled. I have been waiting since January/February for a refund on a cancelled flight that never arrived.
