Untrustworthy, you don't get what you pay for. Just not worth it, avoid.

A round trip ticket priced 2000 DKK or 270 EURO bought trough Flysmarter. I wanted to change one of the departure dates, and they said "Sure, it will cost you 4000 DKK or 540 EURO".
So 270 EURO ticket now cost 810 EURO.

On 25th March 2020 the flights for a party of 4 from Europe to South Africa were cancelled due to the Corona virus. Since then I have been involved in a never ending battle with Flysmarter to have my money returned or to obtain vouchers. To start with Flysmarter pointed to the airlines and maintained I should be refunded by them. The airlines in turn pointed to Flysmarter indicating that they would refund them and Flysmarter would then refund me. Trying to rebook the flights via Flysmarter failed as they did not respond. I have now established that at least one of the airlines involved have refunded Flysmater. Flysmarter's response was that they are still busy checking with the airline (5 months after the cancellation!). I would advise to never ever use Flysmarter, they are completely incompetent.
