Absolutely awful !!! No facility’s as advertised , no refund no explanation ! The hotel was nothing like as advertised and promised quite the opposite in fact . I’ve been completely engorged by this company and do not recommend anybody booking through them what so ever as they are untrustworthy and very miss leading !! Avoid Aviod Avoid

Terrible service. Cannot speak to someone who speaks English fluently. Finally reached someone is a foreign country with a foreign accent which I could not understand. Spouse got covid and tested positive 0n 10 October 24 hours before our booking and they wanted medical proof from a Doctor on Thanksgiving?
Thier advertisement to booking motels says partially refund. They also lied and advised me that they contacted Snowflake Mountain Resort Vermont US and was advise by Resort that the resort would not refund. Called Snowflake and confirmed they did not receive a phone call from Agonda.com.
Trip cost $ 1500 and they kept $ 750 and suppose to send me
$ 750.00. Snowflake Mountain advise me to book directly with them and not through 3rd party especially Agonda.

Main number Agonda for help will put you on hold for hours.

I booked a hotel this time last year but did t go because of lockdown I was told I would receive a refund or voucher l. 12 months later still nothing after numerous emails they have not responded. I have tried ringing fir the to cut you off and never be able to speak to anyone. All I want is the money they owe me.
