Excellent experience with FlySmartes! One of my flights had a change in schedule, and they handled the rescheduling smoothly and professionally. What really stood out was how fast they sent the updated information — I was informed right away, which made the whole process stress-free. Great communication and reliable service. Highly recommend!

I wasn't able to find my booking number in the ticket that i got by email, but the support helped me within minutes. Now as I am logged in wothin the airline, everything seems to be fine.

The site was easy to follow and the reponses to emails was quick and fruitful

Leider sehr enttäuschender Service. Trotz Business- und Gold-Buchung gab es weder die versprochene Unterstützung noch eine Sitzplatzreservierung. Die Kommunikation war schlecht, Rückmeldungen blieben aus, und das zusätzliche Geld war für mich völlig verschwendet. Ich kann Flymyster nicht empfehlen und rate dringend davon ab.

Wir haben für nächstes Jahr Oktober Flüge gebucht, diese wurden umgeändert in deutlich schlechtere Flugzeiten. Nach meiner Email in der ich mitteilte, dass ich extra frühe Hinflüge und späte Rückflüge gebucht hatte, weil wir Meetings haben, bemühte man sich um eine erneute Änderung. Jetzt sind die Flugzeiten wieder perfekt. 5 Sterne, für die schnelle Kommunikation und die schnelle Änderung. Bin begeistert.

We have been writing since Friday 05.12.2025 requesting for CORRECTION of child's Names on tickets to align with the Travel documents because while booking the system erroneous picked the mother’s first names and replicated as child's name and upto now there is no correction done and the trip is in two days.

Ich habe bei flysmarter einen Hin und Rückflug mit BRITISH Airways gebucht. Diese Flüge wurden von BRITISH Airways ersatzlos gestrichen. Obwohl keinerlei Verschulden meinerseits vorlag, behielt diese Plattform zwei drittel des Flugpreis als Verwaltungsgebühr ein. Der Kundenservice wurde noch unverschämt, obwohl die AGBs der Plattform rechtlich mehr als uneindeutig sind. Ich empfehle jedem: Finger weg. Lieber direkt bei der Airline buchen, da bekommt man dann sein Geld wenigstens zurück.

I booked a ticket on November 28 and got a confirmation of payment. But on Dec 3, so after 5 days (and after I asked) I got the following: “Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately the airline has not confirmed your seats for the booking with order number 2329058. We apologize but, unfortunately, this is outside of our control. We have reported the incident to the airline and the global reservation system. Your booking is cancelled and we have repaid you in full. Best regards, FlySmarter”
I was astonished and asked for a better solution as the information came only after 5 days (a delay, which is clearly INSIDE the control of FlySmarter) and meanwhile the flight costs minimum 343 instead of 243 EUR, so more than 41% more expensive, which would have been less of a difference, if I had been informed earlier. So getting me the ticket for the original price and covering the delta would only be appropriate after such a late information to the customer. Moreover my 243 EUR have NOT arrived on my credit card account, not even a preannouncement arrived. I informed FlySmarter about this yesterday (December 3) directly after learning about the issue, but no reaction on the matter, just the information I got after asking had been sent a few hours earlier already – and not arrived, But even if it had arrived also that was only after 5 days. I would expect a swift information how FlySmarter would mitigate the issue, e.g. as I described above. If the ticket really could not be saved with a reasonable mitigation investment from FlySmarter I would expect a swift transfer of my money, instead telling me I got repaid, while it was not true and now having me in double limbo with no ticket and no backpayment.

I had a great experience with Flysmaster.
Dealing with tricky situation is always a challenge for all but they managed with effcience and patience. It is a platform to trust.

Ich habe am 29.08 einen Gabelflug Basel- Kona-Honolulu-Basel für zwei Personen in der Business Class gebucht. Am 19.10 wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich etwas geändert hat. Die Verbindung Los Angeles-Kona wurde einfach gestrichen und ich sollte dies bestätigen. SEITDEM liege ich im intensiven Schriftverkehr um einen Flug von Los Angeles nach Kona zu bekommen. Bis heute wird mir immer wieder etwas mitgeteilt, was ich bestätigen soll, bei dem der Flug von Los Angeles nicht eingeschlossen ist. Ich empfinde das als hochgradig unseriös und die Art, wie man versucht mir eine Zustimmung für einen gestrichenen Flug ohne einen Ersatz anzubieten als äusserst grenzwertig.

Very quick responses. Clear communication. Good interaction. Even charged a lower admin fee due to the circumstances of the case.

Ich habe über Flysmarter einen Flug nach Helsinki gebucht, dabei habe ich einen Koffer hinzugefügt.
Während das für den Hinflug funktionierte, musste ich ihn für den Rückflug extra bezahlen, jetzt wollen sie mir das Geld nicht erstatten.

They keep spamming me with unsolicited email on a daily basis. I made the mistake of booking a ticket through their website and now they won’t stop spamming me. After asking them to stop this they told me, yes, they will stop, but the spamming continued. Then I was told they can’t stop because of bla bla bla. I will not use their service again as their customer services is just awful.

Ich habe über die seite meinen Flug nach Thailand gebucht, hatte dann irgendwie Zahlungsschwierigkeiten wo ich dann im kundenservice angerufen habe. Da hatte ich mit einem sehr schönes und hilfreiches Gespräch,mir wurde sofort weitergeholfen und Problem wurde sofort gelöst! Ich kann nur positiv darüber berichten

Sehr schlechter Service. Ich musste mehrfach anfragen um eine Antwort zu bekommen und wurde dann sehr unseriös an die Airline direkt verwiesen. Ich würde stark von einer Buchung über diese Plattform abraten.

I booked my flights with flysmarter due to a very good price. I had issues with checking into my flight as the reference number was missing. I then contacted the flysmarter support via email and got immediate feedback / help (and it was a Sunday evening). Therefore, I am quite satisfied with the service.

Great service! Needed a last minute change and called them the day of my flight. All was handled quickly and nice people. Will definitely consider again
