Terrible service. Flight canceled last minute, no real assistance, delayed response, and they tried to avoid responsibility by blaming a ‘travel agency’ even though the booking was made directly through them. Completely unreliable

SCAM!!! BIR REGISTRATION IS NOT VALID CHECKED IT. Dti registered can’t be found and QR code is showing different business.

Worst service, they are not at all cooperative its completely wastage of money. Its humble request do not even book their package ever in future. They are cheaterss.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
The tour is not according to the given plan everything is according to them whatever the package includes nothing was done all the days were waste. We were forced to sit in hotel very bad, pathetic service.
They ignore us once we pay the money, they dont even pick up the calls.
If you want to plan, do private taxi but never book them if you did this will be a worst decision of your life.

I booked a holiday for my disabled son and myself to go to Benidorm for his 40th birthday. The holiday was cancelled due to covid, this was May 2020 we didn’t receive a full refund it was £270 short when I asked why they said Ryanair hadn’t paid the refund for the flight home. I kept messaging them until eventually I asked if I could claim it back myself and 2 years down the line still no refund and Ryanair have never acknowledged mine or the company resolves emails. I am now going down the route of asking my MP for help. We saved all year for this holiday and I am disgusted that this company are still allowed to trade when they won’t answer any emails. Do NOT use this company they are thieves.

Scammers clearly paying their staff to write false reviews. These stole off my grandparents 2 years ago. Still now not recieved a full refund for a holiday that was paid for on a debit card but they used a credit card? Hotel confirmed they returned all monies to company so the company during covid stole off 100s of families. Vile vermin that feed off peoples vulnerability. Dona and Sam are both a disgrace. Stay clear. I suggest booking a holiday with TUI or a company that have a decent reputation.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING we have been waiting over a year for our refund and they stated that they’d take 70 for administration charged so we thought that’s fine atleast we still getting most of our money back so only receive 160 back and have now blocked out numbers

If I could give no stars to this company, I would! Had a holiday booked for last year, obviously had to change the dates. Managed to do that, but due to vaccine status, I need to change the dates again, only this time Donna is none existent and all contact details don’t work. Discovered they are now under a different name. Managed to get through, at first was told they had nothing to do with fly trip, mentioned trading standards and the suddenly found my details. Was told Harry would call back to arrange everything but no Harry ever calls back! An absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs!

Seems that we are in the same boat as lots of people on here.... Do not trust this company. They are Liars and extremely rude. No customer service skills at all, by far the worst company I have dealt with. Still refusing to refund me for a trip that they cancelled. Ignoring emails and lie about phoning back. Now under this new travel name but its the same con artists. DO NOT BOOK

The WORST company ever dealt with Scammers do not use them, lots of names - flytrip, perfect holidays are only 2 names for the same company there is more., Our holiday was cancelled we paid £328 to transfer dates, it our holiday was cancelled again, spoke to Harry who promised we would have a refund in 30 days and he would phone me weekly to update progress if could get this sooner. The 30 days came and went I emailed, no response, phoned again number Harry gave this was dead finally got through on perfect holiday number got a so called agent, Austen he pretended he had not heard of Flytrip or a Harry I mentioned small claims court and suddenly he asked for my booking reference and said he would email administration to get in contact- total joke and totally making a fool of people of have paid with their hard earned cash - just awful! I am going to take this to as far as I can go lawfully. The world is tuff enough just now without horrible scams like this, god forgive them very sad individual who cannot treat others with decency.

*SCAM ALERT* This company are nothing but back street thieves. Cancelled our holiday over 12 months ago and still haven't recieved a full refund. Now they ignore my emails etc. My advice would be not to book with them unless youre willing to give money for a scam! Given more than enough opportunity to resolve. Management is beyond poor, i have reffered and reported to relevant agencies and id advise anyone in the same position to do the same. This holiday cost thousands and was cancelled by them. All we were told tike after time, even 12 months after cancellation was 'we are awaiting refund from supplier' i spoke to the hotel whom advised they had already issued the refunds so basically they stole it 😳 SCAMMERS.
