Adam was helpful all through the process of booking our break to Amsterdam. He gave me all the information I needed to know and explained the process very clearly

Adam was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to get us a really good deal and extremely efficient in getting us the best price he could for us. He made the booking experience so much more easier to deal with and it was so nice to have adam deal with our holiday booking.

Adam was very helpful and made booking our holiday very easy, he helped us to get a good discount, al in all Adam was probably the best booking experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot! Great work Adam, 1000 points for you.

Do not book with this company avoid peter he's wripping probably everyone of... booked with this horrible company sent me to an hotel that was closed even though 48 hrs before they was 100 % it was open we was pretty much stranded we had the holiday from hell and paid a lot of money that we have found out was 3 times wat the holiday actually was ..Do not book with this company u will be disappointed avoid Donna as well another vulture... uv been warned ..avoid avoid avoid

I apologise to anyone who is reading my reviews, but I am desperate for people to know about this company. I am now 5 months down the line when my trip was cancelled and still not had the full refund some of the money has been refunded. After more telephone calls emails where the agent either cuts off the call as soon as I give my name or never return my calls. This weeks excuse is they are still awaiting money back from suppliers but refuse to give me suppliers name ,won’t let me speak to accounts. I have however now been in contact with trading standards ,Atol (they weren’t a lot of help). But best of all a daily newspaper. This company can not be allowed to trade like this ,I even read on one review the customer was being penalised for putting up a bad review. I can not stress enough to everyone DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I would be interested if anyone else is having the same trouble as I am. Also on one of my other reviews it says reviewer was contacted believe me this is rubbish no one has contacted me .

So it has now been over a month of being promised a refund by Chris the operations manager but it seemed that the offer of a refund was only if I deleted my first review. Luckily I have gone to disputes with my bank & claimed my money from them. I have looked at their reviews & also reported some as they do not seem genuine!! I also had a call from Adam who informed me that being as Chris couldn’t “convince” me to delete the review he was now trying. I have been blackmailed by this company. Please be carefull when handing your money over, yes they are very helpful when booking they will bend over backwards for you. But any issues they will nor help you at all. Shame on your company.

Adam made it all easy for us as we have been searching for a cheap city break since yesterday and with his help we have manage to find just that. Adam was extremely helpful, he provided a great service and took his time in searching for the best cheapest flight and we cannot thank him enough

I have just booked with Bernie, straight forward and no hassle, easy to deal with. Got everything sorted with the holiday inside 30 minutes.

Booked on the phone then got a call back 2 days later to say the resort we wanted wasn't available, tried to book us somewhere else or at the same resort but for a higher price. After some discussion, they managed to book with another service provider for the original price.
However, when we got to the resort, they didn't have our reservation only a cancelled booking for us. After an hour of calls back to FlyTripTravel, they booked us in for the following night for our remaining holiday period and we had to pay for the 1st night ourselves at the resort. Told that this would be paid back to us but after 2 months we're still waiting for the whole amount to be refunded, as they've only given us a partial amount.
Trying to get anyone to take accountability for their mistakes and any kind of compensation has been virtually impossible. Very frustrating. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
