What I particularly appreciate is that our agent put up with a lot of hemming and hawing on our part, and was ready to help over a holiday weekend when he undoubtedly had many other things to do. Communications from him were polite, prompt, and informed. Our ticket purchase was greatly facilitated.

Mike Taylor was great to deal with. He was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. He even offered to help us after business hours if needed. He was very patient with my anxious mother as well. We highly recommend him as an agent.

Dan Nelson, the agent I dealt with, was polite and found me a flight that suited my schedule. I inquired about the ticket restrictions and he said: non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable dates. After I booked the ticket, I discovered that I have to pay $100 extra for each leg if I want to select my seats and further, my business class ticket does not entitle me to use the lounge. I called and left a message for Dan but he never responded — why bother, he sold a ticket, right? I think I should have been told about the additional charges for seat assignments and lounge use — amenities that are standard on most business class fares. I value transparency in my dealings.

I was looking to purchase business class tickets from Los Angeles to Rome. I was soooo lucky to have Ulen Bitar as my travel agent! The team offered a variety of solutions

It was easy and the staff was responsive and helped me stay focused on the planning.
