Farmers and
Merchant bank could not provide working atm cards, denied payments to me from tenants denied my payments to contractors its choices basically shut me down. when press to provide these basic banking services, the bank decided to close all my accounts leaving me with no way to run a business serving hundreds of people in the community this bank claims to support.

Customer service is always professional and friendly. We have not found anything lacking from your prestigious company. We applaud you!
P.S. I’d definitely like a VIP trip to your Santa Barbara Polo Club to see the matches you sponsor.😊

Dealing with Farmers & Merchants Bank is refreshing. Other banks might be bigger, but F & M makes up for with excellent customer service. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The people at the Rossmoor/Seal Beach branch are especially helpful. I've had several instances when I needed specific help and they've been quick to get back to me.

I love this bank. When I have a question or concern, and I call, a live person answers the phone on the first or second ring. They are always helpful. When I enter the bank, I sit at the teller's desk and get friendly, courteous help. My only negative comment is about the credit card company that they farmed out their credit card to. They are ultra-conservative, and I've had lots of charges declined as potential fraud. Resolving each instance is a hassle.
