Opened an account and tried for 2 days to transfer in $5K from another outside bank.. the same bank which originally funded my Rize account. First transfer attempt was immediately cancelled, call CS.. after 16 minutes was told they needed to reset my account and to try again in one hour.. waited until today to try again and was immediately placed on a "hold" pending my call.. 20 more minutes and I finally asked them to cancel the attempted tranfer. No explanation, no apologies.. just feel if they have a hard time transfering my money in, how difficult with they make it to tranfer out if I need it.. Staff was pleasant.. just everything requires the speak to the "back office" and place me on hold. Never an apologie or an explanation.. I'll bank elsewhere.

All nice and efficient people work at the Ontario branch. Also, the website is so easy to navigate and to conduct transactions, move money around and anything else I need to do online.

Great bank. Been with them for 8 years. Always happy with the customer service.

Waiting in lines is a norm. Other banking facilities are like herding cattle, Rize gives a warm welcome to all, spends time answering questions and I like that; and, have since 1981 when it was the Coca-Cola Classic Federal CU.

With every interaction with a staff member they exceed my expectations. And the mobile app is GREAT. I can do 99% of my business that way.

I don't like banks. So I decided to try a union bank. Been with Rize for 10 years back when it was sce credit union. They're quick with alerting you of fraud. Im glad I found this bank.

Closed the henderson branch, communication is poor. I heard another henderson branch was opening but no communication. It’s hard to get to a branch. I appreciate the 7/11 atms

I've been with this credit union for many years, from when it was SCE Federal Credit Union until today, when it's Rize Credit Union. I'm very satisfied with their services.

I've always had great customer experience at the Sahara location in Las Vegas. Before the main change, the other staff were friendly, but not very intimate with the customers, meaning really getting to know them or when we would come in, they would know us by name. And I'm not saying they need to know every customer but if you're coming in on a regular, they should greet you and know you by name. Since the name change I have received excellent customer service and help and great advice. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted as, Mrs. Smith, hello Mrs. Smith, welcome back, how are you and how was the family. When I loss my daughter #AdoreBre in April of this year, they took the time to hear my story and a few customers that were standing around listened and that really touch my heart and let me know that they cared about their customers. GREAT SERVICE!
