I tried to place an order at night and had a query on one of the products.
To my surprise, Aina, a person, not an bot, actually responded to the query (at night), assisted with the order and extended the “Deal of the Day”.
The delivery was made timely the next day. Overall, pleased with the service and gift & flowers.

Aina was very attentive & helpful. She listened to my requests & gave me the good options. Everything was done very fast & efficiently.

Himanshu cannot be trusted. Sent me an email on Mother's day 2026 and apologise that my mum received the flowers from fnp but didnt received any card which was a message i have prepared during my order process. Himanshu said he will send the card the next day which was Monday. My mother received nothing. Today is Wednesday already. Still nothing from this company. I have everything on email and I will share it with the public. 28 cm of carnations are not worth S$220. Written several emails to Himanshu and no one replied ever since. There are many florists in Singapore. Pls DO NOT use fnp.

Had a really pleasant experience with this flower shop. While I was still pondering over my flower selection, the team actually reached out via text to check if I needed any assistance. It honestly felt like real-time monitoring — slightly unexpected at first 😅 — but I must say it really helped me get my order sorted smoothly. They even extended a discount, which was a nice touch.

Terrible delivery experience and appalling customer service. I ordered Mother's Day cupcakes and two bouquets for morning delivery. At 11:02 AM, I received a confirmation email, but nothing was at my door. I reached out via email and WhatsApp but was completely ignored.
Hours later, I finally got through on their chat and was told my order was delivered to the wrong address. Unbelievably, the staff asked me to go find the parcel myself. They actually expected me to consume perishable cupcakes that had been sitting at an unknown location in the hot weather for over four hours.
To make matters worse, they refused to arrange a same-day replacement to fix their own mistake, even though both products still showed as available for same-day delivery on their website. Instead, they rescheduled it for the next day, meaning the Mother's Day gifts arrived the day *after* Mother's Day, completely defeating the purpose.
Zero accountability and terrible after-sales service. I strongly advise against trusting them for special occasions.

Got a call from Aina even before I ended my transaction. I was very impressed with her reminding me of the double order in my order box. She even gave me a discount code due to Mother’s Day promotion. Truly impressed and appreciative with her service. Will definitely order again with FNP.
