I bought a wedge pillow from them based on their CertiPur rating.
Over a month later--half of which has been outside--it still reeks of toxic chemical off gassing.
The rude, unhelpful customer service told me the window of return has passed---yet they tell you to give it weeks to air out. So you're supposed to return it before you give it time to air out. Got it. Never buying from them ever again--and you shouldn't either if you care about carcinogenic off gassing.

I like Foam Factory (aka Foam by Mail) for several reasons:

1st. Their prices for top quality memory foam beat the pants off of any other source of memory foam, by a long shot. I have searched and searched many, many times and found no other source gets even close to their prices.

2. I get to choose the density of the memory foam.
One can find memory foam through searches of many platforms like Amazon and eBay, and there are firms which directly sell memory foam mattresses and toppers to consumers like Serta Simmons Bedding, Sleep Number, and Casper, Tempur-Pedic, Amerisleep, Purple Mattress. I am sure many of those offer quality products. But - good luck finding detailed information about the density of the foam. So reason number..

3. Foam Factory posts detailed information about EVERY mattressy foam product they sell, both in the details section on each page, as well as via a direct link to a Physical Data Sheet for each and every foam.
Details include Density (LB/Cubic Ft.), ILD (LB), Tensile (PSI) Min., Fire Retardant properties, Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Fungal properties, CertiPUR-US® Certification, and whether the particular foam Contains Fire Retardant Additives. Good luck finding this on any other manufacturer's or seller's website, really.

When looking to replace a twin size, brick hard compacted futon and 2" of cheap (I can't even figure out where I got it) memory foam, I was actually able to "build my own mattress", selecting the top layer from their "Mattress Toppers" page from among various memory foam densities (3lb, 4lb, and 5lb)

I picked the 2" of 5lb density, (& 12 ILD) , and the mid and bottom layers from among 6 "Conventional foam mattresses"; (HD36-R Foam, HD36-HQ Foam, Poly Foam, Super Soft Foam, LUX-R Foam, and LUX-HQ Foam).

For my mid-layer, I chose 5" of their HD36-HQ Foam (2.8 lb Density, 35 ILD),
and for the bottom layer, 2" of their LUX-HQ Foam (1.8lb Density, 50 ILD).

I also purchased a twin size Gray and White Striped Cover for the stack from Foam Factory.

They were cool enough to put all the layers in the correct order into the cover for me, and shipped the whole "mattress" to me. The resulting mattress is about 9" thick. I weigh about 140lbs, and sink just enough into the memory foam layer to feel the support accommodating my side sleeping body.

In the end it cost only $273.69. They offer free Shipping On All Orders Over $100, so zero cost to me for shipping. It arrived to my home very quickly. I now sleep dreamy, as opposed to sore and almost bruised from my old brick hard futon and 2" memory foam topper.

BTW, I later saw a twin size mattress @ my wholesale club with 3 layers - memory foam, and 2 foam layers for less than I paid. I could find zero info on the package detailing density, or ILD of any layer, so, a crap shoot.

I have been buying from these folks since 2022, (I got a full size 2", 5lb density topper for the bed in my overlanding trailer). I have never been disappointed with any purchase from Foam Factory.

This company will hire you without any real information giving to you. Don't even have you fill out paperwork to work there, don't have any communication about breaks but a 30 min lunch you clock out for. The most of the employees don't speak English and are illegals so they don't give breaks. I took a 5 min break in the morning and a 5 minute break in the afternoon which I clocked out for, and they said I took to many breaks. I only took the break when there were no customers and all my invoices and work was done. I am way overqualified for this position but I needed a part time job while I am going through some medical issues, they hired me on the spot due to my knowledge and experience. They knew i had health issues but 5 minutes 2x a day was too much for them.... they shouldn't have hires me in the first place. I excelled with every task they gave me and I am not going to let this go unheard. The company is giving away America to illegals

What a waste. We ordered foam pieces last year and the size just didn’t work so we ordered a larger piece. Days later they email saying they can’t ship that, we told them to please figure it out since their website not only gave us the price, it charged us and went through the purchase. Instead of helping they refunded us and tried to gaslight as if they helped. I never asked for a refund I simply asked for them to ship the product we ordered and paid for. Never again!!!! Poor garbage quality anyways, we overpaid for foam that’s turning yellow.

Received the foam I ordered and it met all my specifications - correct dimensions and density. It came very tightly packed, so it took a couple of days for the foam to revert to its original size. But now it’s exactly what I need. The price was exceptional. My daughter had recently bought some foam of roughly the same size and thickness and wound up paying three times as much - and that’s including the $12.99 I paid for shipping! Very pleased and would definitely order from them again.

I had a terrible experience with them. I measured everything as their website recommended perfectly adding 1/2' to the measurements of the covers. I even called them to discuss everything exactly to make sure I did everything correctly. I ordered on their website and waited 2 weeks. Once I received my order I noticed the fit was incredibly tight which I thought maybe was normal but I had doubts. The foams sent were about 1" or more in length and width from sizes I placed yet the thickness was correct.

Once I placed the cushions side by side they would not fit unsurprisingly. Since they had been sent too big and stretched out my covers. I contacted their customer service and they asked me to send them back along with our covers to make sure the measurements were correct. About a week later once they received them they contacted me saying that the upholsterer said it would cost me almost $300 more and stated that if they cut the length and width that they would have to make them thicker which made no sense as the thickness was correct. I said I would not pay more if the upholsterer messed up in measuring the correct sizes.

After a couple messages back and forth with Haley and Veronica I asked to speak to the manager. Instead the upholsterer called me. He hard a hard time speaking English as he was Italian and basically said the same thing. He would charge me more as the work was very difficult. I told him this was not my mistake. They should take responsibility for their mistake and fix the problem. He would not admit his mistake and persisted that I took incorrect measurements. He finally decided he would give me a refund and as he put it "everybody wins." I said I don't win as this whole process has left me without a couch for weeks. He didn't seem to care or want to even work with even lowering the price so I decided on the refund. He also refused to connect me with the owner stating the owner didn't speak English. Never buying from them again.

Easy to use web site. Excellent directions for measuring, great prices and quality replacement foam cushions for porch couch.

Poor customer service and shady emails. I was contacted by two employees in a very rude manner about a supposed issue with my address. They were incredibly unhelpful and quite rude. Honestly it felt like phising and gave me the impression that the company in not reputable. I would not recommend shopping their site.

This company ships quick and is responsive, however I've experienced 4 different foams from them and none of them reached my expectations. I bought their firmest foam, the HQ lux, and it is so firm that it is basically pointless for any application I can think of except to take up space or as a base foam. I also bought the 5lb memory foam and it basically squishes into nothing. Their customer service did not want to accept my return of that until I mentioned that they did not post my negative review on their website. I've seen reviews on other sites and most people seem to dislike that foam but it continues to be sold. My family member then went on to buy a pre-made memory foam bed that had the HD36 foam with the 3lb memory foam on top. I was shocked that you basically sink into the bed like nothing is there! It is extremely soft. We also used the HD36 foam to replace some couch cushions and the spot where my family member sits has completely lost its shape and the other side is firm, so the foam itself must lose its shape very quickly. I wanted to believe in this site because of the good prices and quick shipping but there is no foam that I would purchase again.

Ive bought foam from these guys for years. A topper, a mattress, foam samples and now I have pillows on the way. In a decade, they have been: the best price, high quality, flexible offerings, detailed/honest in their descriptions/foam weights and they have great customer support as well!

I cant recommend this company enough. Its rare that you find that combination of best price and best product. Clearly, there's people at this company that give a damn, and it shows.

Night and day difference vs the big brands which seem full of deceptive marketing/practices.
