They printed my boxes in the incorrect color and the team refuses to fix the issue. I provided the hex code for the color I need and the color printed is completely incorrect. While I understand color variations can occur, I asked for a beige color and received pink instead. This is completely unacceptable as it wasn't even in the same color family to be a 10-15% color variation. It’s also unfortunate that they weren’t willing to resolve the issue because the boxes were a good quality at a great price, however since this issue wasn’t resolved by the team, it shows that they don’t respect their customer’s needs.
