Great helpful service.

Super helpful staff. Responded to a query out of hours and my binoculars were posted to me in no time, all carefully packaged.

Called in to ask for advice about binoculars. Staff were very helpful and well informed, and the shop and website have a great range of products to choose from. Highly recommended

Good price for product I wanted, delivery was quick, but docked one star because it should have come with a free binoculars vizor but didn't.

Excellent service and a really good set of lenses

All around fantastic service from the lovely folks at Focalpoint, helping the school out with our faulty telescope, liasing with Celestron who were also fab, sorting out the problems and checking the unit over. Picking up the unit from the shop was great, with help and advice from Paul and some idea's for running clubs and teacher outreach programmes. Will absolutely recommend for anyone wanting optics.
