Had a problem with an item I had bought from TMC and they resolved it quickly and efficiently.

Great Company. I bought a Aquaray P6 for my freshwater aquarium. I had a couple of questions about the app that controls it. The customer service was superb replying with the answer to one question and saying they'd get back to me on the second. I few days later they got in touch with the answer to my other question. Very professional and polite.

BTW if you are looking for a light or want to upgrade, you won't do much better than an Aquaray.

Outstanding Customer Service from Tropical Marine Centre

I recently contacted Tropical Marine Centre via email regarding an issue I was having with one of their products that I had purchased from them, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.

Tom replied to my email promptly and went above and beyond to help resolve my query. Not only was his communication clear, friendly, and professional throughout, but he also took the extra step of liaising with another department to ensure a proper solution was found. Nothing felt rushed or brushed aside it was clear he genuinely wanted to help.

Thanks to Tom’s efforts, a solution was quickly agreed upon and new parts have already been sent out to me, which I am currently awaiting delivery of. Even before receiving the parts, I am extremely satisfied with how efficiently and thoroughly my problem was handled.

This level of customer service reflects incredibly well on Tropical Marine Centre as a company and gives real confidence in both their products and their aftercare. Experiences like this make a huge difference, and Tom is a real credit to the business.

I’m very happy with the outcome and look forward to continuing to use Tropical Marine Centre products going forward. Highly recommended.

TMC were very helpful locating the rubber feet for my TMC 12000l return pump, they kept me notified throughout during there search. These feet cannot be obtained as a spare so I am delighted to find that TMC have gone the extra mile to find me replacements.

Great customer service and my enquiry was answered. Had a fault with my compact 500 pump and not sure if user error or product left factory with missing part. I wasn’t judged if it was my fault or not and they sent me a spare part free of charge which corrected the issue.
Felt like a valued customer!

I got a TMC first wave, A month later the light developed a fault.
I contacted TMC and spoke to Dawn, she could not have be more helpful (amazing customer service) made the process so easy and fast she located a light and got one sent out straight away. Thank you so much Dawn.

I had an issue with connecting my light to the app so I contacted the support team via email and they were super helpful and resolved my issue as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately my light had many issues but they came up with a great solution and I am very pleased with the outcome. The service was fast and helpful. Thank you!

The experience with this company has been spectacular, especially with Carla. She has always guided me throughout the entire consulting and purchasing process.
I must emphasize that we had a problem with the products shipped, but in less than 24 hours I had the correct products at home without any problems.

Incredible customer service, sent me out replacement parts for my reef pump when it wasn’t starting which was due to it was missing the o ring. Sent out replacements for free and very fast. Amazing highly recommend.

I’d been searching everywhere for a Tangerine Line Goby with no luck, and Tropical Marine Centre went above and beyond to help. Not only were they extremely helpful and accommodating. Dawn was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate. I’m genuinely grateful for their support and can’t recommend TMC highly enough to anyone in the marine aquarium hobby!

Fast response with all the information I required. Can't ask for more than that. Also, they gained nothing in providing this information except for helping a reefer in their quest for perfection.
