Excellent products, quick delivery, and top notch backup. I've been trying to update the software in my battery, but didn't have the correct cable. They've shipped it to me quickly, and pointed me to all the instructions to unlock even more capacity in my 16.1kWh battery. Excellent from start to finish

My Solis inverter stopped talking to my Fogstar rack batteries when I didn't notice a breaker had tripped - as a result batteries at 0%.

I cannot fault the aftersales service I received resolving the issue.

We have been buying and working with Fogstar for 10 years and they have always done everything within their means to help. It has been great to see them set the standards for selling batteries in the UK and beyond. To spare any embarressment L wears many hats there it seems at times, has managed our account very well for years and E sorts out usually my mistakes and has done a wonderful job looking after us a big thank you to you both for that and to Fogstar in general for being quick and efficient with our orders.

The Fogstar team in office and in warehouse are friendly, Helpful and work as swift as possible with orders. Fogstar is one of the best company's i have had dealings with for some time now. Great customer service! Would recommend

We are a van conversion specialist based in Scotland, mainly catering vans however we do all vehicle types.

We called and applied for a trade account so that we could start using Fogstar batteries in our builds as we only use Victron and their battery systems tie in seamlessly with Victron.

after numerous emails i decided to call and the chap on the phone agreed to open a trade account, said he would email a pricelist.

3 weeks later i call back to be told that theyve refused trade prices, so now weve 3 vans waiting on electrical systems that we'll have to use Roamer batteries in instead.

terrible customer service, id read before that their aftercare was bad but you know what online reviews can be like, so we decided to give them a try anyway.

now we experienced it for ourselves.

I like the idea of the company, and the service is great, until you place the order, if anything goes wrong, they won't help and you'll just be strung along for weeks, don't be fooled by their pleasant initial attitude.

I bought 20 Samsung 30Q batteries and a Nitecore New I4 charger. Amazing prices and I was delighted. Unfortunately the charger died after only 2 weeks. I emailed Fogstar and Lyndsey was very helpful. She immediately sent out a replacement, without any questions or issues. Superb service, and I will definitely order again from Fogstar. This is what good customer service looks like...

I had been searching for a battery supplier in this country that I could trust and that didn't cost silly money for ages, I stumbled across Fogstar Wholesale.
I purchased 80 x 18650 cells from them at a price that I haven`t found anywhere else. They arrived on time. I tested every cell and they were absolutely perfect. Each cell was in exactly the same state of charge and all weighed in as per manufactures data sheet. I have bought in bulk twice since and have the same results every time. If you want excellent quality cells at a great price from this country then this is the only place to get them. I will 100% use these guys again. Seriously can`t speak highly enough of them.
