J'ai commandé depuis la France, la livraison a été rapide et j'en suis très satisfait. C'est compact, facile a transporter, et la nourriture reste fraîche toute la matinée.

Je suis l'un des premiers contributeurs, je viens de recevoir les conteneurs pliables ! Et je suis vraiment satisfait de ces conteneurs.

The company cannot improve. Absolute hell to deal with. walk away. I cant give a specific date but the goods I backed are incomplete after 5 years

Ok if it was not a scam ealrier, it is now. After 4 years of not delivering the goods, they reappeared on Instagram. When you complain there, the 'customer service' leads you to DMs and then to emails. The communication comes with no names, no signatures, asking for personal data they should have had earlier, for detailed dropdown of our old order (there is a BackerIt platform for it!) and extra payments for shipping. Then ghost you when you start questioning things.
Be careful out there.

Ordered every product and accessory they offered back in 2021. Never received anything and have been emailing them for years. Email address on website comes back undeliverable and the phone number is disconnected.

The only Indiegogo I ever sent money to and got burned badly.

It took a while to get here since i backed this project on Kickstarter, but i really enjoy my mats. Got one in grey and one in black and both have been really fun to use. Team was also really nice and kept me updated during the whole process

Never shipped my last piece from the Kickstarter, when contacted a few months ago, they requested an extra $10 for shipping, even though I already paid for shipping. When contacted a few weeks ago this increased to $15. I will not be paying their extortion fees.

Shockingly awful. I backed this project as part of a kickstarter. Still waiting years later. To date, only have some of the containers which are crap, cheap and poor quality. The Matt still hasn’t turned up. Thousands of dissatisfied customers all left with no update or goods. Avoid them

I backed FoldEat on Kickstarter. Shipping took a very long time, but the team always responded to my e-mails — something I haven’t seen from several other campaigns I’ve supported. The set finally arrived and the containers are noticeably higher quality than any I’ve used before. I’ve backed roughly a dozen projects (a few vanished entirely), so I value that FoldEat worked through the negativity and still delivered a good product. I know some are frustrated with them, but they do try and they do deliver

Backed the project in 2021 on indiegogo, after complaining in October 2023 I’ve got an email with a choice of colors and a promise that my order was scheduled for delivery in November-December, no order received. Asked them on the same email in June 2024, no response. Now that have a website and are selling the same promised product on Amazon. They’ve just scammed people to start their business and didn’t deliver. Idk if indiegogo or kickstarter have some policies regarding this kind of scams

Scam scam scam. They’ve taken millions from customers on kickstarter without delivering goods. The kickstarter page is a graveyard of angry, frustrated people.

Only half of order delivered. Waited over 4 YEARS, and then they demanded additional money to ship the remainder of the package. I already paid shipping. I've seen that they changed the design and made it worse than what was promised. Look at Amazon, their product's reviews are abysmal. Almost impossible to reach anyone. Avoid this company like the plague.

* Ignore all attempts to contact them.
* No updates.
* Apparently taking new orders despite never having fulfilled old ones.
* Don't waste your time or your money

Purchased through Indiegogo in May 2020. Never received the mat as of Today. It's been almost 5 years now, and I had to overpush to get some parts of the package.

Absolute scam. Bought my produc and never received it. Customer service say they will respond but they also lie. Do not buy

Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a startup, straight up thieves, i didn’t issue a refund because i believed all of your lies, and now i haven’t got what i paid for, at least issue a refund you cowards…. It has been FOUR YEARS, GET UP AND DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISED US !!!!

I am one of the original Foldeat Backers when the project was launched on Kickstarter.com. I have backed a couple of projects with very little issue, however this has been nothing short of frustrating. The project became riddled with set backs and the communication was not ideal. I did receive most of my products, with the exception of the folded bag/mat - this was delayed. Initially the communication about project problems was fairly regular and then it dried up and now they do not respond to any email contact. When a large number of backers were demanding refunds I was steadfastly loyal to the company as I could see they were at least trying to make an effort and also the task of launching a start up such as this is complicated. I think I would be less angry and still feel quite sympathetic if they communicated; however they have buried their head in the sand and customers are non the wiser. If you are going to buy their products, proceed with caution.

Big disappointment. I supported this project in may 2010. Received my mat early 2023, half year later I asked when the containers will arrive and have been told I will get them October-November 2023. One year has gone by and I still don't have them, looks like a big scam company.

I supported the crowdfunding project in 2020. The containers arrived two years later. The mat never arrived. I wrote a lot of messages and emails, but they never answers. Until today my order is incomplete. This Foldeat company is completely bubious. They should you in prison for such a scam. Never trust them!

They are not serious. To avoid. They even deserve 0 stars. I was supposed to receive mine since 4 years as a backer. Just received a part of the items years ago. They don't even reply to my reminder email anymore. They are not able to satisfied early Indiegogo backers but they have open now a site to sell to everybody.
