Karly Mulligan was a great help. I like having a dedicated account representative that can point to ways to be more than just being compliant to being ahead of the game. I have had great experiences working with Foley and personnel like Karly continue to make that possible

Lourdes Sanchez helped me with managing my portal. She was very helpful, friendly and informative. She definitely deserves 5 stars.

The company engages in very scam, marketing tactics. I keep receiving emails from this company and I have no way of removing myself from whatever email list that they have. I have asked them on multiple occasions to stop contacting me but they continue to do so, and I can only imagine how many other people they are harassing as well.

UPDATE:

Upon giving my phone number for this review, they have seemed to added me to another list that is accessible to more spammers who have sent me multiple spam texts within the hour of providing. I haven’t had any spam texts in weeks but conveniently get two just after this….

Update:

Hard to believe a company doesn’t share data when they steal your information and spam you to death without any regards to whether you want them to or not.. very hard to trust people who engage in that kind of activity

Starting a business is stressful enough as it is. Nicholas Cianci is such a pleasure to work with. He is quick to respond and quick to help. He has made this journey a little less stressful. He has yet to turn me down when I email him directly. Great guy to work with. Thank you for all your hard work, Nicholas!

They may have user friendly software and a quick onboarding process; however, no customer service whatsoever afterwards.

After some months I couldn’t get anyone to call back to answer questions about DOT requirements, no response from my account representative or customer support email! Finance dept. are the only ones who answered when I called to cancel my subscription and didn’t even have the professionalism to follow up with an email confirmation as promised.

I recommend finding another compliance company with a higher quality of customer support.

FYI Foley- a regurgitated “I’m sorry” reply isn’t a replacement for an answer to why this occurred, nor does it fix the problem.

Scammers, don’t get scamed.

Billing needed babysitting . It created more work on my part. The sales pitch didn’t reflect completely what was happening. Some aspects were great.

Poor UI. Will give false positive alerts for “compliance” as well as no provide alerts for actual non-compliance.

Poor support and zero account ownership (which is usually indicative of a half baked product or high turn over where they are unable to assign an account representative).

Sherri Lafreniere was very helpful, she is an excellent asset for Foley. Not all the employees are that patient or understanding. Sherry thank you for your help today.
